These are made of good quality materials and seem durable. Easy to cut along lines to adjust to size. Not too wide so they will fit more tennis shoes. Most orthotic soles are very wide. However, because we have experience with orthotic soles, I can tell these provide mild support.

My child has flat feet and the doctor recommended to get insoles if he complains his feet hurt. The size L 4-6 fit perfectly in my child's size 4 sneaker. I did not have to cut it down or anything. So, if you are buying for a size bigger than a 4.5, I am not sure this insole would fit well. The bottom of the insoles has lines where you could cut to make them smaller to fit inside the shoe. My son loves these insoles. He said it's super comfortable and his feet don't feel sore like they use to. He also thinks he can run super fast now. ... show more
