Works as advertised. Doesn’t always work flawlessly but no major issues. I don’t know if you’ll find one of these that does work flawlessly. This one seems quality though, works good so far!

    • It's inexpensive and makes peeling apples a snap.
The wooden handle unscrews when you turn the crank. Poor design. One must use unbruised apples for trouble free operation. Apples with bruises caused by handling cause the peeler blade to skip cutting and needs to be restarted. It's still is better than peeling by hand.

It was sent to me in a padded envelope. Which was ok. The envelope looked great. No marks, no wrinkles. Upon opening it though is where the disappointment set in. The box the peeler came in is so mangled and ruined. It looks like its been used by someone for years! Then sent back as a return. something i could have got at a yard sale for 2$. The peeler was only in a plastic bag halfway . and that was it. No instruction manual.... No bonus blades as stated in the description... Which was the whole reason I ordered this one. I haven't even used it yet because I'm too disappointed in the condition it was received ... show more

The coring and slicing works beautifully but it doesn't always peel the apple and it doesn't suction to my countertop only my glass table.
