I bought this as a replacement for my first scooter, which was starting to show its age. I ride this daily as part of my commute to and from work. It handles very nicely and the shocks absorb a lot of the vibrations I felt from my older scooter. Pay attention to the weight though; this scooter weighs twice as much as my "starter" scooter (60ish lbs vs 30ish lbs). It's also a little longer than my first scooter, something I didn't think about when I bought this. Thankfully I have a large trunk, but keep transport space in mind when buying. If this is your first scooter, I strongly advise keeping it in 2nd gear until you are very comfortable on this, as 3rd gear is very fast! Not the fastest scooter out there, but it'll definitely get you where you're going quickly. I'm not a skinny guy anymore, but I can ride comfortably at around 25 mph on my commute. Battery life is great, too. I charge my scooter on Sunday and can ride all week in one charge. The best feature I like about this scooter though, is its visibility in my early morning ride. The headlight is very visible but the lighted deck makes it so much easier to be seen while riding on busy roads in the mornings. Although I gave the scooter itself a 5-star rating, there are some drawbacks non-scooter related. The owners/ users manual is very rudimentary. If you're familiar with setting up a scooter from the box, the manual is adequate. The web site isn't much help either for information. The plus side is that the few times I've had to deal with customer service they've been very helpful. There are plenty of helpful videos on YouTube if you run into an issue as well. The speed control module used in this scooter is also used on several other models (Ienyrid and others). This was one of the reasons I had to contact their support site, as my control module was not configured for my models motor/ battery. That is one setting that, once configured, leave alone. There are other settings in the module that can be set up for rider convenience (cruise control, speed, etc.) that can be easily modified. However, to learn what the various controls are, I had to use YouTube, as the manual doesn't walk through the various control module features. I feel that this scooter could easily sell for double what it is sold for. I got everything as was advertised. The only thing is the air filled tires are prone to pop if you ride in an area with lots of debris. I would highly recommend buying some solid tires with the scooter then you can drive it anywhere you please. The top speed really is 25mph and it goes about 15mph up a fairly steep hill. The battery will last roughly 30 miles on one full full charge. The brakes work great but can be a little touchy. Also i don't use the seat as it is to bulky to fold up then. It is very heavy as scooters go but what do expect for the shocks brake disks and long lasting battery. I have had it also 4 months and it is saving me thousands of dollars in gas and insurance. Of course in rainy areas you need to rethink this scooter as your main mode of transportation. Overall got what I paid for and way more! ... show more

Got this scooter for my son back in may the scooter has gone through endless amounts of tires because the rim has a metal piece that isn’t smooth, no brakes, bolts snapping half, motor going out completely and recently just started up to see if customer services recommendation on fixing it would help the scooter started smoking inside my home. I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service they are absolutely no help. I will definitely be contacting a lawyer because they don’t stand by there one year warranty! ... show more

Had to upgrade kids scooter because the old one couldn’t keep up with their friends. This scooter was easy to assemble and so far is working great and is a little to fast for my liking, teenage kids love it and ride every day. I needed a little help and they responded quick with awesome videos.

Smooth ride. Assembly is a bit annoying. It’s a heavy scooter. Fast speed, goes uphill decently. Be careful on high speed turns. Looks great, fast, smooth, love this thing. Best scooter I’ve ridden on.

At first I was skeptical about it, but I end up loving it, it's pretty fast kind of scary to be honest if you don't know how to drive it, has three modes and I always ride it on number 2 which is 25km. It really goes 47km on number 3. FYI original rear tube popped on me going over a train rail road replace it with heavy duty tube and she is been great to me. I drive it to work everyday day 8 miles round trip, come back home with a little over half of battery left still. Very happy with the product. ... show more
