DO NOT BUY THIS SCOOTER AND DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BRAND OR "ISCOOTER". Bought one, it broke after like 3 uses. Applied for a return within the alloted window, the company messaged me and offered a partial refund if I wanted to skip returning the scooter (because it's such a hassle) and I accepted. They've now spent the last few months telling me to try and bunch of different fixes to get it to work (to no avail), to the point where they want me to take apart a part of the scooter that is all wires and controller part to replace it which is completely ridiculous. And now that it's "out of the return window" they're refusing to send me the refund they originally offered and want to give me $40 as a "goodwill gesture". So now I'm out HUNDREDS of dollars, I have a broken scooter, and I have to fight with them to get the money I deserve. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. -100000 STARS ... show more

Great product. My son loves it. Keeps its charge great. Easy to set up. Fun to ride. Very smooth. We had a part that needed to be replaced and the customer support team was on it from the start. Sent it to me quickly and free.

Purchased and just 3 months later started having issues. Scooter was parked inside the home and was well cared for. Display showed E6 error. Tried replacing the display; nothing. It will not work. Contacted customer support and the suggested I replace the display ($50 and on back order for 2 months). When I explained I already did that they offered another part for me to purchase. After I explained this scooter would still be under a warranty they told me the warranty for display is only 3 months. 3 months is all your standing behind for this? While this was great for the minute it worked, save yourself the trouble and get another. I am so disappointed with this company and their willingness to fix a product they sold and clearly can’t stand behind, makes you really wonder how “great” these scooters are. *under glow lights also stopped working within the first months ... show more
