This tool is best for people that do not have access to a hydraulic press. It also works very well for areas where the part is still on the vehicle that it is being worked on. The “C” portion of this tool is very heavy and should be great for pressing our stubborn U-joints without the need for using a hammer to hit it out. It will also work for pressed in ball joints that are attached to the knuckle of a vehicle. The end of the threaded screw works with a 22 mm socket. The adaptors fit into the C-clamp and the end of the screw well to help hold it in place. I haven’t tried it with an impact gun, but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. I have only used this kit a couple of times and it has worked very good. The quality is very good and the price is good. I am glad I added this to my tool box.
