Great product for staying asleep and falling back asleep if you do wake. Beware of the valerian root building up though, it's easy to take this a few nights in a row and be super groggy into the late morning.

I was super excited about this purchase and getting a restful sleep; however, unfortunately, they did nothing for me. I took two tablets several evenings and waited and waited … they did not help me fall asleep, they did not help me stay asleep. I was very disappointed as I was looking for a sleep aid that did not contain melatonin and thought this was the answer. I hope you have better luck than I did as I continue my search. Please note, that I have a shelf full of sleep aids that don’t work so perhaps I’m a “difficult” case. Best of luck!!! ... show more

Been having trouble the past two weeks getting quality sleep; I've been waking up several times throughout the night. Taking origin sleep aid did not help me with falling asleep faster, but once I did manage to fall asleep I stayed asleep, and felt well rested in the morning. Another positive is I didn't have a headache in the morning as I get with melatonin. I use those most nights and I find that it helps me stay asleep and help me go back to sleep if I wake up earlier than expected. Really good product and I'm happy that it doesn't really overdose me with melatonin like other sleep pills.

I’ve been using this product for several months, at first I had great success and was sleeping better than I ever had before, now I believe this is messing up my sleep. I can’t seem to get a good nights rest no matter what, not even cutting out coffee makes a difference. It seems too much of a good thing has become a bad thing, so take this supplement and improve your sleep quality but do not stay on it for a long period of time ... show more
