This piece of equipment exudes the kind of old-world European quality that has become exceedingly rare to regular consumers. The engineering is obvious. For example, the battery charger includes a fan to maximize component life. The controls are elegant, laid out as a 3-key keypad. Battery life depends on how you use it. Turbo, maybe 5 minutes but that's a TON of power and will blow small rocks right out of your beds. The other standard settings give you ~20-25 minutes, but that should be more than enough for most properties, and assuming you keep the battery charged up. Lastly, there is a "cruise control option": the trigger uses a potentiometer and you can get the speed you want, press cruise, and it will maintain that speed sans any more trigger pressure. This is very useful for blowing at low speeds where there are other objects besides leaves and dust that you do not want to move. I bought this blower to clean off my zero-turn mower after cutting the farm. I have a high output Gravely mower that can cut 9 acres an hour. The grass comes out of the deck like a waterfall. It gets completely covered in grass clippings when the chute points into the wind. This blower cleans out every nook and cranny in about 5 minutes, then I clear the clipping off other things I covered in grass with the mower. It holds a charge for weeks, and I only charge it after multiple uses. It's also great for drying the car after a wash. They could make the battery less slippery. It's heavy and smooth. Sooner or later, I may drop and break it. I'm careful when taking the battery out for charging. ... show more

I have always bought Husqvarna products from day one and when the era of battery power was here I looked into several different models last being the one I bought. I like the fast start that this blower provides. No straining with cords, no gas mixture or expensive fill ups. The battery doesnt last long enough, however it does everything its suppose to do. Blower is very powerful and looks like it's well made. I've had a chain saw from this manufacturer for several decades now so that's why I went with this brand. There are a couple of things I am not crazy about and that is the weight of the blower is very heavy so your arms get fatigued quickly. I think if it came with a strap, maybe that would alleviate some of that. And my other complaint is that the battery charge doesn't last very long. I only did the driveway and walk and it was exhausted. Was hoping to get more out of it than that. It Took about an hour or so to completely charge again. Probably could of used another battery as part of the package to make it more useful for the days worth of chores. ... show more

I couldn’t believe the shear blowing power of this lightweight leaf blaster! I was using a Toro gas blower before making the switch to battery. I wish I would have made the switch sooner! The Husqvarna Leaf Blaster eliminates the need to mix gas/oil, pump the primer, and pull the cord. All you have to do is power it on and go, super easy to start. The best part is the Beast Mode. When you activate that feature it’s like unleashing a cyclone. My battery also worked seamlessly with my Husqvarna Weed Eater. I completed my yard with one battery and it didn’t even make a dent in the charge. I also noticed the battery charged fairly quick out of the package. It took about an hour to fully charge the battery from 2 bars. I’ve always known Husqvarna for its quality chainsaws but now I can’t wait to switch out the rest of my gas guzzlers for Husqvarna battery alternatives. ... show more
