    • Not for monitors near the upper limit
I have two 27" monitors which are supposedly about 14 pounds with their stands, so obviously less without. This stand will not hold them up if even lightly jostled-- I've had them drop into the furthest 'tilt' position even from people walking by! If I tighten them any further they're going to strip. If your monitors might be heavier or at the 27" max size, maybe you (and I) should spend a little more for a more robust model. Otherwise, it's easy enough to assemble. I assume it adjusts nice and easy, and definitely came with the tools to set it up with cable management + all. ... show more

Good for setting it up and forgetting about it. But if you need frequent adjustability then this is not the product. Also, if you have non identical monitors then they may not line up depending on their mounting points. Arms of the stand cannot be set the individual heights.

    • Seems to work fine for 24 inch monitors
Someone had said it worked for them fine on their Varidesk. Perhaps they had a different model but that was not the case for me out-of-the-box. My Varidesk is the style that sits on top of my cubicle desk. I found that the c-clamp just barely fits but the set screw provided extends too far down to allow the Varidesk to fully lower. But I did get it to work. Here is how on case it helps anyone else... Head to your hardware store and pick up a hex head bolt that is short enough. The size I bought is M10-1.5 20mm. I suspect a slightly longer bolt would also work. Then I mounted the shaft to the desk with the L-shaped piece upside down so the flat part is facing up. Keep the two set screws loose for now since it is a close fit. Don't thread the bolt in yet. Slide in the plate WITH the supplied washer in place. (Even though your new bolt won't fit into the inner hole, it can still press up against the washer. ) Now thread in the bolt to the c-clamp, tighten the two set screws and tighten the bolt. This is exactly what I wanted for my two monitors after downsizing to a smaller desk. However, I almost cried frustration tears trying to put this thing together. My Monitors kept tilting and the large Allen key wouldn’t tighten the bolt. I had an extra Allen key lying around with a handle and once I used that, the monitors aren’t budging and in perfect place. The instructions were brutal to get through…. I think I put it together following the exact instructions but I had so so many pieces left over. Ended up just tossing ... show more
