    • Fitting Came Off the First Time I Used it

The female brass fitting came off this garden hose the first time I used it with a sprinkler head to water the lawn. That's not good. When I tried to put the fitting back on, the hose leaked badly and was basically useless. That's even worse. I had no choice but to return this item and ask for a refund. I have never purchased a garden hose on Amazon that performed this poorly and I have bought several. After I returned this hose, I purchased another brand (Flexilla 25 foot hose). This hose has to be the lightest softest hose I’ve ever bought. First impression I didnt have much hope since it seemed to light weight. After using it for a month we love this hose. It’s flexible so it doesn’t kink like box store hoses. Since it is lightweight it’s easy to pull around. It is constantly dragged on concrete and so far shows no wear. My biggest negative. At the hose end connectors the protective sleeves that are supposed to protect the interface of brass and hose doesn’t fit tightly enough.     • Kinks really bad

This hose is made of material that seems like it will last a long time. The downside is it kinks really bad. It's also really hard to roll it up for storage the way it twists and turns. I will never buy one again. Plus it was really expensive for such a bad hose.
