We have used it for 8 days so far doing short rides after work. My son 12 years old use it for fun rides. Super easy to ride and handle. This speed feels nice. The acceleration is smooth and responsive, making it easy to navigate through traffic or cruise along bike paths.     • Solidly built, Fun....But Not Very Powerful

Bought this for a 1.3 mile commute (each way). It is very solid and well constructed. Easy to assemble. After riding for a month, it does the job. I just wish it went a little faster, unfortunately I think 15.5 mph is the legal limit for these things? Other than that it has poor acceleration. I am 210 pounds and it takes a good 50 feet to really get moving. Not like a golf cart (or Tesla) that really jumps off the line. Kind of a pain if you have lots of stops and starts....and I can't imagine it getting me up a hill. Finally, there is no way the battery range is 18 miles. It goes down to half and then a quarter after only a few miles. I don't want to really test it and get stuck somewhere, but unlikely it has more than 10 miles range. Overall, nice scooter....best for riding on smooth, level surfaces without many stops and starts, for short distances. ... show more

Recently purchased this e-bike for me and my daughter and she is having a blast using it. The design is very user friendly and the seat is very comfortable, which is a far cry from the hard seats on other e-bikes. The basket at the back is handy for storing groceries for daily shopping, and the front and rear lights make night riding safer. In addition, a phone holder is included in the package (not yet installed). The speed is moderate, which is very suitable for urban use. The brake system is responsive and effective, ensuring safe riding. Although the carrying capacity of this bike is limited, it is not recommended to carry people in the back seat. The whole bike is foldable and easy to store in most vehicles. The whole assembly process takes about 30 minutes, and the four screws for installing the basket are the most time-consuming. It would be better if the screw holes were larger. Overall, my daughter and I love this e-bike very much, and it makes our daily travel full of fun and convenience. ... show more

It’s a comfortable size, and between a bike and a regular scooter, it is easier for me to handle. It feels safer than smaller scooters since the larger wheels handle small bumps in the road without issue. The scooter accelerates and brakes smoothly without the feeling of sudden jolts. The foot platform is spacious, and the seat is wide and comfortable after adjusting it to my preferred height.
