We bought the camo hover board for my son for Christmas 2022 and all was great! The design was nice, the Bluetooth speaker part was cool, and my son was happy. 6 months into owning it, we were notified there was a massive recall due the the battery and it being a significant fire hazard. They were prompt with responding to emails, helping me understand how to take it apart and mail them back the battery. They approved me for a replacement hoverboard and all seemed great! Until I got the replacement. Unbeknownst to me, the replacement was a cheap garbage style board. Not near the price or quality I paid for, for my initial one. I was willing to just make it work, but then when I took it out of the box, it smelled like smoke or like something was burning. The smell never went away and due to the fact that it smelled like something was catching fire, I didn’t feel safe letting my son use it, let alone keeping it in my house. I tried emailing them and calling but never got a single response about the situation. They were so prompt to take care of me when there was a liability on their hands, but wiped their hands clean once it was done, not caring about the product they sent me as a replacement. Hoverboard has held up well - charging takes several hours(6-7 hrs) but decent run time. Kiddo uses this indoors only even though its rated for outdoors so your experience may vary. Bluetooth works as well. Has 90 day manufacturer warranty!

Super frustrating! We purchased the first one, charged it until the light was green. Unplugged the charger and the hoverboard still wouldn’t turn on. The only time it turned on was when it was plugged into the charger. So we reached out to Amazon, and they sent out a replacement. We got the replacement, plugged it in, charged it until the light was green and it won’t turn on either. The replacement one is broke just like the first one! I reached out to the company, but I haven’t heard anything back yet, not even a confirmation that they received my complaint. Super frustrating especially when you’re buying it specifically for your kid (because the weight limit is something like 165lbs just an FYI) and they’re broken. If I hear back from the company within the next couple of days then I will update my review. But as it stands I would say: STAY FAR AWAY! There’s no guarantee any of them will work on arrival. Better to buy another brand altogether if you want to err on the side of caution because all of these have their QC stickers on them like they have been tested and approved by someone in their quality control team. Idk what’s going on where they build these but something is obviously wrong if we keep getting broken or dead ones and they’ve ‘passed’ their quality control test. ... show more

My daughter loves hers she got For her bday back in June 2020. However I’ve had to make an insurance claim since then and now purchase a whole different board for Xmas 2020. The plug in for the charger on the device is horrible. I don’t know why the charging port design would be made with 3 very thin prongs that have to be line up with the charger to be plugged in....I’m an adult and I’ve had trouble plugging in the charger, the prongs bending and it lining up and currently (Dec 2020) one of those thin prongs broke off completely so I can’t charge it anymore. My little brother kind of rigged it someway to charge after I spent another $200 on a whole new one. Besides the charging issue( which is a big issue) it works perfectly and it’s very pretty and music sounds great. Battery life isn’t so good, she might get an hour the most before it starts dying but that could also be because of my charging port issues. I have already made an insurance claim with Ausuron over the summer, I have to find out if I’m able to make another again. ... show more

Product would not turn on after charging. The charge cord light showed green, fully charged but it would not turn on when unplugged. It did turn on if plugged in. Odd. Sending back for refund
