My son got way too much cash his 9 year old brain knew what to do with, so instead of saving it like his brilliant mother suggested, he blew it all in a week. This was his second purchase. He bought it with a sparkle in his eye as he imagined the rides he’d take on it. It arrived on time and he charged it right away. He started out in the house, scuffing up my baseboards left and right, but I didn’t mind, anything for him! Even if it does mean my beautiful house is ruined. It was when he took it outside that it all went downhill. His hopes and dreams were crushed when he realized it would not work on gravel. “Too bumpy,” he said. We took it to the park to try it out on the sidewalk, but down he went! It is a decently made and my kid loves it... but I'm a bit disappointed that it is advertised as having a Bluetooth speaker in the detail description but it doesn't seem to have that feature. 😕

The biggest issue I have had with this product is getting my toes run over. Other than that, it goes at a very high speed and the kids seem to love it. 4/5 stars because we occasionally have trouble charging it.

The media could not be loaded. Son (weighs 120 lbs) uses almost daily! Battery last for about an hour use before needing to be plugged up again. Goes at a decent speed and a very smooth ride! No issues with this at all! Great birthday buy!

Overall this hoverboard works pretty good! It’s my grandsons 1st hoverboard and he’s happy! It Rides well on flat surfaces and goes pretty fast. Battery life is decent not as long as MFG stated. Just an FYI the special features B/T and built in speaker do not exist in this model. Maybe these features existed on a previous model and the MFG has not updated the current model’s description. Slightly disappointing but to make up for the MFG’s mishap, Amazon’s spectacular CS worked efficiently and provided me with a partial refund resulting in a happy consumer. ... show more
