This treadmill is awesome, some people complain about the sound of the speakers and the fan, I think they are perfect for this machine. The fan puts out a lot of air to me, and the Bluetooth is awesome with great sound, it's also sturdy and I have used it a couple of times now, it is like the quality ones from the gym. At a great price as well. I highly recommend this machine. Was easy to assemble. It's well worth it to get the warranty on it like anything else that offers it. I got the 2 year warranty, and if you go to Horizon's web site, you can register it within 10 days of purchase, which adds another year to your warranty. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Really good product for its price. Treadmill was delivered quickly, was easy to assemble and worked smooth. Will definitely need two poeple to move, the box was kinda bulky. So huge thank you to delivery guy who made it to my deck 🙌

Wasted time dragging the over 180 lbs box into home and putting treadmill together. Carton look like it went thru hell. No physical damage visible, would not power on from 3 different wall outlets that were working. Did recommended troubleshooting shooting steps, same results, would not power on. No customer service on weekends. Would have traded for a working unit, it wasn’t offered. So I just requested refund. Have to repack, put on porch for pick up. This was a referral. I purchased in good faith and received a defective product. Overall not satisfied poor customer service. Would not recommend! ... show more

I wasn’t looking for interactive one that I had to pay a subscription for. I just wanted one I could run/walk son when I couldn’t be outside - due to sunsetting earlier or weather. After a small mishap on scheduled delivery where they didn’t deliver and didn’t call to inform me that the shipment didn’t arrive to the warehouse in time, we rescheduled and the gentlemen were awesome. I got the ‘inside entryway’ option and they put it inside with no issues. I was super intimidated due to the extraordinary weight, as I am a 5’2” single female, but the hardest part of putting this together was laying it flat by myself (and not damaging it or my toes). After that assembly went very fast and smoothly. I’ve used it a few times since and have had no issues with the functionality. The ONLY issue I have is the Bluetooth connectivity. It will connect to Apple Music with no issue, but Spotify/audiobooks/ anything else, it cuts outs throughout the workout and you have to keep starting and restarting it. It does work pretty well. The box arrived / upside down and with a few minor holes in it. Noted it with transport company. As a heart patient I had to hire help to move and install. When unpacked we discovered the control head was broken- all of the mounts had snapped off. Another small piece of plastic was in the bottom, not sure from where. Contacted Amazon and they said they could exchange it. Fair, but I have to pay to repackage to ship and then once the replacement arrives. Not Amazon;s problem and I may be unique. Amazon suggested contacting the company and so I have emailed Horizon. They haven't bothered to respond. Amazon did say they would refund some of the money if no resolution but do not feel that is right either. It would seem, to me, that exchanging a 10lb control head would be simpler for everyone. Finally I just glued the control head to the console and all works. Probably temporary. ... show more

When I bought this I must not have read every feature it has. I thought the incline would be manual because that seemed to be the thing at this price point. Nope automatic. Grip controls for speed and incline? Cool. Tablet holder? Nah, 15 inch notebook computer holder. Speakers are not the best but wasn't planning on using them anyway. Oh and this thing is quiet. Like real quiet. Assembly was fine with just a bit of oddity with the fit but about 30 minutes was all I needed. ... show more
