I purchased this automatic kitty litter box because of all of its perks. When I first got it home and put it together, the first thing I thought of was Mork and Mindy. LOL! It is extremely easy to put together and set up. The Space inside is large and the bucket for the poop is on the bottom. It is very easy to clean and does not make a mess, except for A little bit when the cat comes out. It also comes with a litter catcher for their feet so that helps. I did have some issues with the computer on it, but when I contacted customer service (Through email) they did right by me and they are working to fix this remotely. They told me this is the first time they’ve had this issue and I have had nothing but good communication. The media could not be loaded. I use this for my small 7 pound cat and my 14 pound cat. Normally with a traditional litter box I would need to clean it 2 times a day and I got tired of scooping. This litter box has saved so much time and effort from cleaning the box. It normally lasts me 6 days before I get the notification to change the bin. Both cats used it the first day which I wasn't expecting. It also tells you the weight of your cat which is nice since I have different sized cats I can tell how many times each of them get in/ use the litter box. The app alerts you when it's full, but when you get that alert IT IS FULL. You can wait that long if you like, I'd just rather change it before it's a volcano about to explode Now I just have to clean it about once a week. And it's as simple as pulling out the drawer and replacing the bag. Takes about a minute. Finally we no longer have to dig for nuggets in the litter every day and therefore hardly have any litter left in the apartment. It's a huge relief and we don't want to be without the litter box anymore. Everything else about it I love. Solid buy. This is the best, hands down! Best purchase I've made in a while. Loved the look, right off. It's cute, modern, unbelieveably easy to set up, and looks like something from the Jetsons. Unfortunately, this is where the good stops. After setting it up, testing, adding the litter, it never stayed in the gear or on the track. I had to physically push on the front of the barrel while it cleaned to ensure it completed its cycle. I reset the system, emptied the litter, rebooted it, but it never went back to its original orientation; it constantly reset itself upside down. Do not buy this product. It is too new and has too many bugs for the company to work out. Once they're able to properly balance this system, beef up the gears and locking track, im sure it'll be a proper automated cat box. ... show more

It was a really easy process setting it up, both of my cats took to using it right away and it works as it’s supposed to. I like that you can schedule it to cycle after each use, and also it’s not too loud when cycling. It works great with just regular clumping cat litter. The media could not be loaded. It’s a little bigger than I was expecting it to be but most litter machines are this big. Its is effective at sorting out the clumps and sifting it to the storage at the bottom. The outside material is plastic so the texture is a bit hard. I would prefer it in black color. It’s a bit noisy when it is sifting but the cats are not bothered by it. The noise is also momentary. Best part is all the attachments like the lid and wastebasket have magnetic snapons so you don’t have to align or force anything. It just snaps on. This is my first litter machine so I will update after a month of usage. Installation was surprisingly easy for a bulky product and the automation and app make life very easy. ... show more

It was easy to set up, however I have 2 issues after having it for 10 days. The scale doesn't work. I messaged Honeyguardian on their customer service site, but haven't received a response. The other issue I noticed is it'll say full and it's not even halfway. More like 1/4 full. Might return it if I don't hear back from Honeyguardian. ... show more
