First and foremost I'd like to say that the seller is very prompt when contacted. The box for my chair was severely damaged during shipping. It looked like the carrier had zero care for what happened to my package. Upon opening the box and inspecting everything, the remote for the chair was smashed into several pieces. Then when I was putting the chair together, I got to the very last piece and the wrong screw was in the package. I immediately contacted the seller, and they were more than happy to help me. They sent me the correct hardware kit, and a new remote set for my chair. It is all put together now and working wonderfully!! I couldn't be happier! Update: it’s been a little over a year. For the last 6-7 months, I’ve had to place a cushion on the back portion because the massage portion hurts my back so badly. The seat is like sitting on concrete so I have a cushion there as well. I rarely leave poor reviews but this chair has certainly earned it. Please don’t waste your money on it. So disappointed. After reading reviews and looking at the product I decided to give this chair a try. If I had it to do again I would pass. The massage feature turns itself off and the heat feature is ok but truthfully I bought this chair for comfort and it is just not there. The armrest cause more shoulder pain from being up too high. The seat cushion is not nearly as comfortable as the pic presents it to be. I wasted my money purchases my own chair for work because their chairs were even worse in some regards. I sit for 10 or more hours per day and my lower back pain and shoulder pain have gotten worse since purchasing this chair. I hate writing bad reviews but this chair is not worth the money spent considering you will need a chiropractor after sitting in it for 2 mos. ... show more

I'll start off by stating I have been through my fair share of desk chairs. As a remote office worker for several years, and an avid PC gamer, I spend far too much time in these things to be uncomfortable. I also have spinal arthritis, scoliosis, and other severe curvature issues - my back hurts constantly. I chose this chair because of the heat, massage, footrest, and ability to lock in a leaned back position. -Comfort: the chair does have a nice cushion, arms, and is a nice wide width. This did not disappoint. -Footrest: while still handy, the footrest does not extend out far enough or allow to fully extend your legs. I tend to use it more as an easier way to cross my legs while sitting. -Heat & Massage: first, the cord to the chair is not long enough and the cables frequently disconnect, requiring me to reattach everything almost every time I sit in the chair. This makes these features almost useless to me. Additionally, both barely last any time at all (about 10 minutes), again, making them worthless. -Lock back: This was a key feature for me - it's surprisingly hard to find chairs that lean back and LOCK. This does it well. Overall, it is a comfy chair that I am happy to use, but I would NOT buy it for many of the extra features that make it desirable. It is not worth that extra money. ... show more

This chair is so comfortable I find myself dozing instead of accounting my goals. I rarely use the vibrate massage or the foot rest as I have an ottoman right beside the chair and I have it in a real small space. The only thing I don't dig is it won't budge to roll on carpet but that's cool I got nowhere it needs to be so I just turn the chair to get in and out. If I must move it I get up and situate it standing. But comfort..oh tea it's comfortable ... show more
