It's been a few months and I haven't felt the need to buy different ones. I did unstuff them a bit. I have two, and could probably build a third with the excess stuffing. I use a regular satin pillow case. No need to buy one that has the pointy edges.

I am a side sleeper and often wake up with neck pain, along with my arm tingling. This pillow forms to my body making it easy to fall and stay asleep easy! My arm and neck pain have gone away. The pillows have a strong chemical smell for the first few days, but it goes away.
