These pillow covers feel very sturdy, they zip smoothly, they are not crinkly and they are definitely waterproof. I washed them in cold and tumble dried them on very low, it took a while for them to dry. When I started to put them on my pillows, I realized by the third one that there was still moisture inside the pillowcase. I had washed and dried them with the zipper closed. Don’t do what I did. So I turned them inside out, and dried them again and they’re perfect.
