These cast-iron skillets are a great buy! The 3 sizes are wonderful for all cooking needs, and cast iron is a healthier option than non-stick which is now of concern. These heat very well & are easy to use. Glad I got them!

(c.e.o./sci-female/ss)...Received this today but haven't used it. 1st - I tink they got inches confused with cenitmeters unless they included the handle as part of the 'total" size of the pans...Good entry level cast iron pans for the buck to test/taste/see of my potential future for cast iron. Looks nothing like the close up pic in the product description - much less precise - it appears they made a set specially for pic purposes and half azzed for consumers. It does say its 'commercial' cast iron and comes with plenty of advertisements in the form of instructions if issues arise - and I guess I wont be using that glass lid I have for the 11" they advertised - get it. Anyway - some more 'commercials' - the instruction notes says double handle on it - go figure that one out what they confused that with...Careless illiterate management imposters you say - no way not a manufacturing corporation? Hmmm...wonder what entry level products they would require and not say driving around in a Bentley? ... show more
