The Chair is very comfy and doesn't really need to be broken in. Its massage feature is top notch with many different modes! I cycle through them after work till i find one that feels just right and am sitting in the thing right now! The chair is worth more than the price their asking for and I am glad I found this chair. Just in time for winter too with the heating options. This review is all over the place, I normally don't review things. The only two things I wish this chair had which is really nitpicking is I wish the thing could go just a tad lower, and that the heating has a timer on it that lasts only for 20 minutes, though I haven't checked if theres a way to extend it past that so there is a chance that I just don't know how to do it. ... show more

I bought this chair to replace my long, over-used gaming chair that is about 2 years old. I work from home and as a writer I spend a great deal of time in office chairs. I am also a decent sized fellow (6'2" 225lbs.) so I need some tushy cushion. After a lot of looking and research, I know a chair with a 200 pound weight limit isn't going to hold up. I also know that I use these chairs much longer than most other users (average 12-15 hours per day). So when I do shop, I look for sturdy wheels, great padding and high weight limit. That all led me to this chair. My mistake. This chair had 1 of 3. The wheels are nice, and the same that came on my Songmics gaming chair. However, while the padding looks plush and thick and the weight limit is high enough, nothing is really there. The lumbar support is decent, and the heating is nice. Cord management is a nightmare, and the immobile arms are alright, but nothing special. The real pain is that there is basically nothing where your butt goes. Extra padding high on the seat back and a big fluff in the middle of the seat - where no legs will ever rest. But where your thighs sit and most importantly where the buttocks go... nothing. My tailbone is sore, my cheeks are numb and I hate this chair. Not to mention after using it for 10 days, the hydraulic lift is already starting to sink, though not much, it is noticeable. Going from bad to worse, I can't even return it. Apparently the 17 days it took to ship (with Prime) and the week I owned it before making up my mind to stop using it, were enough to not warrant a return of any kind. Unless you are 5'3" and weigh less than 90 pounds, I'd shop for a different brand and model chair. This one is horrid. ... show more

I just ordered this chair. It was not supposed to be here until next week but came 3 days after ordering which I am very pleased. Overall it is a nice chair and I read reviews the screws were not long enough. They are just the right size for assembling the chair and they come in a manufactured prepackaged kit. Not sure what the guy who said the screws were not long enough means..and even if not instead of repackaging it and sending it back why not go to ace hardware and grab a few bolts that are longer for a dollar? As for comfort its decent fits and forms to the back nicely but I was understanding it had back massager in this as well, but seems that only the butt and legs part work. For me that's good enough thats where most my problems stem. Another reviewer said it was really loud and again I don't really agree with that, I mean it is a massager it is going to make noise..but I do not find mine to be very loud. Then again with all products some will get that one made on a friday that doesn't work. Comfort..a little and hard maybe it will be less when it wears in. Doesn't matter I can always get a pad if not. Overall decent in my opinion. Hope this helps someone on the fence :) Update October 1st... Comfort is a little better now that it is softening up. As I said in comments though on others pages...Heat..not sure if it works I am in the air conditioning so if the heat is there it is not much. I am relatively satisfied with it. Test the heat and the massagers before you put it all together (plug it in and feel). For me not worth the hassle packing it back up..for the money it is decent..I will not go past decent rating :) ... show more

Mediocre at best, it does heat which will be useful but the massage feature is not really massage. My chair just vibrates, nothing really to brag about, now if it had shiatsu massage it maybe a lot better but this feature is not great. It does recline, but it isn’t very comfortable. I am finding myself looking for memory foam seat cushions after paying this much for this chair. It’s mediocre at best ... show more

While I love the massage feature and that the chair itself is very comfortable, I'm highly disappointed that the base broke after having it for only 3 weeks. Then, about 6 weeks ago, one of the screw holders in the seat base, fell out. So, now it's attached to the broken base with 3 screws. Plus, it's super squeaky which really bothers me. If I could afford a new one, I would. ... show more

I was a bit skeptical after reading the reviews but I’m overall satisfied. The only downside is the instructions are a bit confusing but nothing that can’t be figured out. It could be softer but this is amazing to me considering I’ve been working from home and sitting in a regular char for 3+ years. I love the heat and massage feature a well. Please do not buy this chair. Very poorly constructed and does not hold up. After only a week the chair does not stay up, so I have to constantly re-adjust the seat. The seat itself is hard and uncomfortable. The massage and heat component is a complete waste of time. It doesn't even move smoothly on the wheels. I attempted to return it as soon as I put it together and realized it wasn't worth the money but was not allowed to return. Please do not waste your money. ... show more
