I am very impressed with the reliability of the finger print reader on this unit. I have a much more expensive Billconch safe and am frequently frustrated by the fingerprint reader. The one on this Holewor safe is super fast and very effective. The last thing one wants in an emergency is to be begging the finger printer reader to work. The safe is compact, easy to program, and opens every time. I have quite a few biometric handgun size safes and not all of open everytime you place a finger on the sensor. It’s quite heavy and seems like it will last a long time. It will fit a G19 with an optic and WML. It would fit a G17 without an optic. ... show more

This safe is very bad. It was very difficult to get fingerprints to save. It would only do a couple and then no more. Then it wouldn’t open. Also, the spring that opens the door at unlock only lasted a month or so and then it quit working and you could only pry it open. I put in a HONEST review stating the issues I’ve had with the safe and then the seller started emailing me over and over to remove my negative HONEST review. They said they would refund my purchase price if I would remove my review. I finally agreed to get them to leave me alone. So I deleted my initial HONEST review. i liked how easy it was to setup. it did not take long to set my fingerprint and it allows you to save different fingerprints which allows both my husband and i to have access. it comes with batteries which is a plus. i like that it comes with keys also. i have no compaints.

I have used Amazon for a while, but this is the first time I have written a review to say how much I enjoy the product. The setup was faster than cooking scrambled eggs. I got everything set up and running in about 2 minutes after getting the box open. But the best part about the product is the customer support. When I ordered this, it came without keys so I couldn’t open the safe. I emailed customer support and they replied within 12 hours. After notifying them of my problem and just asking for a pair of keys, they sent me a whole new safe with no extra charge as they stated that they do not sell/send the key separately.
