Even though it took a little time to assemble it was definetly worth it! The wood is pretty solid and has weight to it. I really like the power strip that comes with it! It has plenty of storage for your needs and the shelves are perfect for extra paper for the printer. We have a rather large printer, it fits just right! I would highly recommend getting this. I just finished putting this together and it has taken all day. The directions are ok, but definitely could have been more detailed. We ended up damaging the top during the process and breaking 2 of the supplied pegs, which we had to stop to go find replacements (owner error) . Watch out when installing the brackets on the drawers. I screwed them on incorrectly and it took quite sometime figure it out. It can be a struggle if you're new to assembling furniture like we were, but I don't think it would hinder me from purchasing again. I'm honestly happy to be done! The media could not be loaded. The fit of the table is fine. The finish is superior with no sharp edges, no paint flaking on the metal rods and no discoloration in direct sunlight. I am not fan of the lock as there is lot of movement even after the cabinet door is locked. Power supply has no issues. Assembly is standard and nothing complicated just follow the assembly guide and apply little common sense where needed. Overall happy. ... show more

Perfect for for the space in my bedroom. Took a little over two hours to put together. Directions could have been better. When I got to the end thought I was missing one screw for the drawer slide but later found it when I was sweeping my floor.

    • Once completed it is great. However, I had two issues that were frustrating.

The assembly of these type of items are time consuming, and in some cases hard to follow the instructions, but this was not the issue for me with this item. The issue was two things that should not have happened. First, I usually get some additional screws and other items needed for assembly with the product’s kit. This item did not have any additional screws and of course, there were two screws that were damaged and not usable. Luckily, I had some screws available from a previous item I assembled, so there was no issue. The other issue, which should never have happened, was that the holes drilled for mounting the locking mechanism for the file cabinet were drilled rotated about 1/8th inch off level. There was no way to mount the lock and have it work. To solve that I filled the holes with plastic wood and once dried I drilled the holes correctly. The issue is that there was obviously no one making sure that the final product was correct and useable. We expect to purchase quality products when we purchase from Amazon. ... show more
