Very sturdy and easily assembled, however it is a bit too small for medium to large cats. The two features that sold me on purchasing this item, happen to be the two features that are too small for my cat's comfort-namely the hammocks. My cat isn't large or fat, but he just can't lay on either of the hammocks without hanging over the sides- Remember Goldilocks in Baby Bear's bed? That's it! The elements are small. This is more a kitten tree than a cat tree. The base is small so a little unstable. You need to fasten to the wall with included hardware. Building the unit was very easy. Everything is nicely labeled.

My cats love this. It’s a great size to be able to hide behind furniture and not have an intrusive cat tree be the focal point of your room. It was easy to install and instructions were simple. Delivery and packaging was on time and packed well. Would definitely buy again!
