Several nozzles for different spreads / pressures, a built-in soap container to make using different soaps and washes much easier, very good pressure. Started right up after adding oil (did not come with oil which I added less than a quart of sae 30). Make sure not to overfill as I did and had to drain some back out because it is hard to judge it while adding. The media could not be loaded. This product lost a star because Chinese manufacturers need to hire an english speaking American to write their directions as to how to position the choke during a cold start as it is a little confusing. The washer was easy to assemble and started effortlessly once I figured out the choke. It had plenty of psi (3500) to run my new surface cleaner, a Biswing 15". ... show more

I was extremely satisfied with the machine that I got on August 31. Easy to set it up and started at first try. Unexpected power. I replaced a 2050 Clean Shot at 2050 psi with this one at 3500 psi. It made my holding hand go back whenever I pressed the trigger (not recommended if you are on a ladder) and the power was strong enough to clean spots that I had never been able to clean with the other one. The hose at 50 feet, was double the 25 feet hose, I had. For my triple driveway and walkways, I connected a B & S Rotating Surface Cleaner and the result was superb. Have tried only the yellow nozzle, which did an excellent job in my back lanai and patio. Overall, it's an excellent machine. I have only one negative comment to make. I used the machine during several days to do all my cleaning; at my age, I don't have enough energy to complete the task in one day. Yesterday, the hose got a very small hole (pic attached) and that was it; the pressure pushed the water thru and I couldn't work any longer. I switched the hose with the old one and was able to continue. Today, I wanted to finish, but the pressure was drastically reduced and I couldn't find a reason for it to act like that. After I finished the job, I wanted to contact the Bluebery company as suggested by Amazon. The linked website presents all products they have available, but there is no info about the company and no link for contacts. In fact, I don't even know who is the provider within Amazon. The Owner's Manual provides an email address for support, which is located in Shenzhen, China. ... show more

Pressure washer very hard to crank. Took cover off after 1 use and discovered product has a cracked flywheel and a sheared pin. Very unhappy with this purchase. It won't let me return it or get it replaced. Waste of hard earned money.

I got my 3500 PSI power washer yesterday and got oil in it today (did not come with oil). Boy I have used power washers all my life and this one has some power. I can clean most anyplace on my house with just switching out nozzles. I had a 90 degree adjustable nozzle from a previous power washer and put it on my new one to try to clean some gutters. I nearly broke my wrist when I hit the spray. Could not hold it up to clean the gutters. I'm going to buy some extensions and try a little different technique. But if you want a powerful power washer get the 3500 PSI. I do have one issue - the cover for the Unloader valve came off and I cannot figure out how it goes back on. I have some black electrical tape holding it on but going to have to find someone that can show me how to put it back on. Very impressive washer. ... show more

This is a solid piece of equipment … Equipment can break down.. Ours did. Motor locked up after 4 hours of use.. Due to fluids ,,,. Non returnable .. We did not purchase the extended warranty.. As any project; time is money.. So we had to rent a power washer to complete the job.. This company with Amazon’s help in less then 2 days did a complete refund.. ANY piece of equipment can fail any time. This company responded and resolved the issue quickly and painlessly. I would buy from this equipment manufacturer again.. In our 4 hours together …. Easy installation … Solid construction .. Over size tires .. 50’ of hose and a user friendly wand. I would suggest replacing the oil pump blades with metal ( we suspect ) rather then plastic…. The 3500psi makes a difference as comparably priced washers on sale are 3300/3000psi.. Really is a great value for the money … ... show more
