If you are buying one of these to heat a single room, it will keep up no problem. I use mine to help heat our downstairs, and it helps delay the amount of time it takes for our boiler furnace to kick on. We are definitely saving money by saving fuel oil for our boiler. It’s a good option to heat a single room, or compliment the heating system you already have in your home. We have one of their wall mounted systems in our kids bedroom, and it has done a fantastic job heating that room for 4 winters with no issues so far. We got this to help heat a converted garage that doesn't heat well. This worked great! It can take a little while to get up to temp (the room has a high ceiling and its about 400sqft), but it does well to maintain the heat and kept us cozy all winter. This unit is a FIRE HAZZARD!!! The power cord is to light. Needs heaver gauge wiring. Plug burned up in my outlet. Almost burnt my house down. Glad I was a FireFighter. My unit was purchased 11/2022. It died in 12/ 2024. When it worked it was great but the thermostat would stick sometimes and the unit would have to be unplugged for a few minutes. Spend a little more on a Dreo or Lasko.
