I ordered this mostly to make customized gifts for people who attend work events that I coordinate. Making things and creating art are two of my favorite things and this machine lets me do both, and benefits my work. I do wish there was better support for learning how to use everything. Perhaps some video links and more detailed instructions would be good. I love that this set had the tumbler and hat accessories in addition to the shirt press. SO COOL! it heats up fast, gets REALLY hot, and presses super well. comes with a shirt press, a tumbler press, and a hat press. the instructions are kind of non existent, so i had to dig deep and figure out usage instructions. but now i know what i'm doing this is a wonderful item! ... show more

A nice starter set if you're just getting into sublimation or HTV. The 15 x 15 flat press and tumbler press allows you to press flats, tumblers and hats. Keep in mind that you will not be able to use both presses at the same time as they share a common control module that needs to be attached to the press you want to use. I ordered this Heat Press Machine, 15x15 Heat Press for t Shirts with Attachment to use for some experimental photo transfers. I do a lot of alternative process photography, and lately I've been working on different techniques to transfer photographic images to a variety of different surfaces. I don't have a sublimation printer, but I did find some techniques that allow for the use of DTF materials using standard pigment-based inkjet printers. I have no prior experience using a heat press, so all I can say is that this machine seems to have the features that I needed for my experiments. The base slides out easily. I'm able to cure a printed and powdered film easily. The press applies plenty of pressure when closed. The thermostat seems to be accurate. I measured the actual temperature of the bed using a laser thermometer and compared it to the temperature set on the thermostat and they were within 5 degrees of one another. This heat press comes with two attachments -- one designed for hats and one designed for cups. I have not tried either, so I don't know how well they work. If you want to try making your own t-shirts using DTF, this heat press might be a relatively low cost way to get started. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love that it is a five-in-one and that I can create a whole bunch of stuff with it. At first, it was hard to figure it out since the instructions were not very friendly. But once it is set up, it is easy to navigate, and it performs well.
