I dislike this product because it does not fit to the ear very well. It is not noise canceling. The battery does not hold a very long charge and if you are in a noisy area, it causes the product to stop working/drowns the battery.

Okay, I have bought three of these. I only need it for my left ear, as I cannot hear in my right ear at all. So, using this has really changed things for me. I am able to hear so well with these. The problem is that if you allow the earpiece to go DEAD with no battery (while it was not turned off by touching it) you cannot get it to charge again. You see, if you can some how manage to temporarily get it back on, you need to turn it off (into the OFF mode), else charging it while it lost its power in the ON mode, it will never charge again. I am SAD because I now have three of these, and I cannot get them to charge. They are perpetually in the ON MODE status, therefore cannot take a full or any charge at all. These sound amplifying ear buds are great for minor hearing loss. The only issue I have had is making sure that they are charging when put back in the case. The manufacturer does give tips for cleaning to help with getting them to charge. Unfortunately, they are still difficult to get a consistent charging connection. ... show more

I am a very happy man! These are amazing. I have conference meetings on a daily basis and hearing the conversations was difficult. My wife suggested these and so glad she did. I can now hear the complete conference and something I probably shouldn’t have heard. Yes you can hear conversations from another room and the tv isn’t blaring anymore.
