High end fitness trackers are expensive and often range from $100+ to $300+. The Amzhero tracker is not expensive yet it provides many of the basic functions needed - namely steps, heart rate, blood oxygen levels and blood pressure. Pretty good for a Fitness Tracker priced on Amazon last week at $40! Of course accuracy is an important factor and it is not always possible to verify the readings. However you can check the steps recorded by sampling say 300 steps taken against the trackers recorded steps. You cam also check heart rate by sampling your pulse beats per minute compared to the Amzhero readings. I have done this and found only minor differences. The blood/oxygen levels also look good against my recent visit to the Doctor's Office. I am not sure about blood pressure as this can be variable at the best of times. A sleep monitor is also available and interesting to view but again it's difficult to verify any accuracy. As a further point, I have to say that it looks good. Even my wife approved! In conclusion, if you are looking for a basic, low cost fitness tracker this may well fit your needs. ... show more

    • Decent Tracker for the Money and Responsive Support (no go for reliable BP monitoring)

Upon initially receiving this tracker, I was impressed with the build quality, it was comfortable to wear, and the layout and screen fonts were still comfortable enough for my 55yo eyes to read. I would recommend this tracker for anyone who just needs a good step tracker, heart monitor, and overall extension to your smart phone, but it fell short on BP readings. I tested thoroughly and it's just not reliable enough. In the world of wearable BP monitors, there are two methods by which a BP is measured (or should I say predicted). 1) Uses a pulse wave sensor that listens to the velocity of the blood in your veins and tries to deduce what your pressure might be based on the rate at which your blood flows through a small stretch of a vein. 2) The other (even more inaccurate), the software in the watch will try and predict what your BP "might" be based on your current hear rate and activity level. I wasn't able to determine what method tracker uses, but the standard response you'll get from support is that it can be anywhere from 0%-20% off and while that would have been ok with me assuming I could take the number on the tracker and multiply it by 1.2 to get a more accurate reading, it simply wouldn't work because i found that regardless of what I was doing, the tracker never varied more than 3mm on systolic and 2Hg on diastolic ... and because I have a cuff at home, I know that my pressure swings more than 30 points on systolic throughout the day ... the tracker never showed this. So it's a nice stylish and light weight tracker which is good at step monitoring, heart rate, .... but don't bother if you're looking for reliable blood pressure readings. It will consistently report lower than actual numbers ... it sadly makes you believe that you have somehow solved your BP issue (lol) ... show more

I like this watch as it is smaller and not so bulky. The screen is easy to read and the app is easy to navigate. Like most fitness watches I’m not so sure of accuracy but it does provide an idea of sleep, BP and the other items it tracks. Definitely worth the price.

I love how cute and how much more sleep. I’m getting now with this watch. I wasn’t getting enough sleep before and when I wake and see the total it helps me close my eyes again. This is the main reason I chose this watch. I am also a big runner and, it doesn’t OK. Job of tracking mileage.

I like that this is smaller on my wrist and I like the pink color. Setting it up wasn't that easy and there was very little instructions. I tried to call support ..which it says 24/7 and got no one. I left a message and no return call. I sort of have it figured out but It's difficult to find a specific feature that I'm looking for. It does sync nicely with my android phone so I use that to track some things. I like the feature of taking the blood pressure, pulse, and pulse ox. I would give this a 5 star review but the instructions for setting it up, the lack of phone support, and ease of use brings it down. Maybe someone who is more tech savvy can figure this out better than me. ... show more

    • Better than I thought it would be - Blood Pressure Monitor Does Not Work

I was in the market for a pedometer and this also had a blood pressure sensor so I thought win win. And boy was I excited when I checked mine. Best results I've ever had. But then used my professional BP monitor and found that the watch is not accurate at all. I tried holding it tighter to my wrist when checking and it still does not work. I think it just tosses out a number between 114-116 / 77. But I do like all the other features I have tried on this. I have not used it to connect to my phone but found that feature to be very nice. I'm not sure how well it works as I do not use that feature. But the rest is great and I still feel like I got a good deal and like the quality of this watch. I would buy it again - even if the BP monitor doesn't work ... show more

This is a nice product. The blood pressure tracking is very accurate. I checked using my arm cuff while using the tracker and it was spot on. I did see reviews saying that is wasn't even close, but it was for me! Also like the sleep, heart rate and calorie tracking. Overall, a great product, especially given the price point. I took off a star for the app because there isn't a food tracking option. But I can do that through another app. ... show more
