I love this phone. It has lots of faces, easy to read & understand, I don't use the phone functions or the email. I use my phone for that. There are an unbelievable amount of training functions. Like Skiing, walking, running etc. My favorite feature is the sleep 😴 feature. It's great on the watch and it's great on the phone app. Also easy to use. Lots of choices there also. I'm so happy I returned the first one I bought a got this one. There is no comparison to them. This watch hits it out of the ball park. Only one thing that this and all of the others I've heard of is that it makes my blood pressure way too high so that the information is not useful. So I just don't use it. All of the other features make up for it. The price is great also. AMAZON Gave me $10 off. I would buy it again. I charge it every 4 or 5 days before it goes off. ... show more

After going thru 2 fitbits every year I decided to try this one. I love it. It hold power for 2 weeks or longer and tracks my steps heart rate blood pressure blood oxygen etc all for free. It's so easy to use . And my wrist is happy the fitbit use to make my wrist raw but this one is good to my wrist no dryness . If you want something just to track your steps get this one all the extras are there of you choose to use them . I love it ... show more

I like the look & feel on my arm as well as the ability to easily manage some features/display options (like clock face) on the unit and via my iPhone. It also seems to do a reasonably good job of tracking distance walked via GPS. The PULSE check seems OK. I really like the SITTING FOR TOO LONG warning that appears on the face with a gentle quiver on my wrist. However, I recommend that you ignore the Blood Pressure reading. My unit indicates that my BP is always at least 140+ / 80+ (usually, 145/86). The unit gave me this reading when I was getting my annual physical wherein my BP was recorded as 121/78 by the doctor's cuff device. I bought the AMZHERO for a convenient way to track my pulse and BP after having an AFIB episode that caused me to make a visit to our local emergency room... also, because I liked its trim appearance. I have tried various prices and brands of health watches and was very disappointed in inaccuracy of all of them. Thought I would try this one and have been very pleased with the accuracy. The blood pressure reading is a little high but not much. The heart rate and oxygen readings are very accurate. The steps are more accurate that any of others I have tried. I don't think any of them count steps if you are not swinging your arm. Even so this is the most accurate I have found. And the price is not bad. ... show more

For the price, this little guy has given me a lot of helpful health insights. I didn’t expect it to do so much! My main issues with it are that the watch and app don’t always sync in a timely manner, and the heart rate features aren’t exactly what I want. If my heart rate spikes to 175 for some reason, I want to see it on my chart so I know when it happened. It doesn’t always record the spikes on the chart, just gives you the max BPM for the day. I’m always checking my heart rate because of POTS, and the way they average the data isn’t really helpful for that. More options for how we can configure the data would be SO helpful. On a positive note, it does allow you to change the sleep data to record one full night of sleep rather than breaking it up into 24 hour time chunks which is the default. That can be changed in settings on the app. ... show more

I absolutely love this watch for the price! Here is what I like: 1. The wrist band tucks underneath so the band is not constantly sticking out! I think it gives it a vert sleek look. 2. It tracks steps so I dont have to keep my phone with me to know how much im moving. 3. You can change songs from the watch. This is great when I am running, I dont have to get my phone out to skip the song. 4. Customizable; you can choose which notifications you see (from the app), pick from multiple watch faces, and decide which apps you get notifications from. This is nice so I only get IMPORTANT messages, not useful ones. Things that could be better: 1. I wish you could customize the watch faces themselves so you can decide what you see on the front (steps/heart rate/date etc) 2. I wish it included a smaller watch band as well. Im on the tightest notch, it fits fine, im just worried if it gets loose overtime. Overall, a GREAT pick for the price! If you dont have Apple money, this is perfect! ... show more

Not worth the cheap price. I question the accuracy of all the statistics. Heart rate seems almost correct most of the time. Blood pressure is off by a wild margin. Blood oxygen may be correct, seems to always register as 99%. Weather display is usually blank and when it shows it is incorrect. I even question the step tracker. Mowing for an hour adds about 200 or 300 steps. The watch does keep good time. The app that goes along with the watch was coded poorly by non-English speakers and is very difficult to navigate. Randomly the app forgot who I was and tried to force a new account creation. I do not recommend this product. ... show more
