  • TRY ONE BEFORE YOU BUY ONE
The ordering, the delivery, the assembly was done to perfection. I have no complaints. My big issue is that if you are going to buy an item like this, you need to find somewhere where you can test it before buying. I read the write-ups about the equipment and it clearly stated that it was a recumbent Semi-Elliptical. As soon as I tried the machine, I knew that the motion of the step was not what I had experienced at the physical therapy office. I went back and reviewed the data on Amazon and on the sellers website to see what the difference was. No where on those sites was it pointed out that these machines can have a circular type motion or a linear motion - I finally found it in the questions part of the information. I really wanted a linear motion because of my bad knees. But - because it would cost me 25% of the item cost, I would pay shipping costs, and would have to package this huge item for shipping, I must keep it. This is untenable so I am stuck with a $2000+ item and I'm hoping that my knees can withstand the motion. Bottom line: all recumbent semi-elliptical step machines are not the same. ... show more

  • Elliptical Recumbent Wonder
I purposely waited over a month to evaluate the PhysioStep HXT. Assembly: The assembly was easy and straight forward. I assembled myself in less than an hour. It is heavy so be prepared for delivery to drop it off somewhere that allows opening and removing all the parts. I was able to move the heaviest part myself except coming up the stairs. Operation: Operationally the unit has worked great. Their are some annoying noises between the rollers and the rail Also the left rail has a tendency to slip around. Quick installation of a hose clamp has help it in place. Gripe: The Heart monitor is way off and makes me question the other data with the display. My watch has matched a blood pressure monitor within about 2 to 3 beats. The HXT is off by 30 to 40 beats. Needs a phone/tablet/book holder. Value: Good value and overall operates well. - Would i buy it again - Yes ... show more

  • bike
I am recovering from a spinal cord injury from two years ago and was supposed to restart physical therapy in March 2020. Due to coronavirus, that didn’t happen, but I wanted to continue my recovery process. This recumbent bike looked like a great way to keep up my recovery safely at home and it has been amazing! It is everything it promised! It is quiet, well made, and has many settings so that both my husband and I can use it. While I’m using it to strengthen my legs to re-learn to walk, my husband is using it to get cardio exercise. According to him, it wasn’t too troublesome to assemble either. It does come in a giant crate so be prepared! It’s very heavy, but the delivery man was willing to bring it in our house for us which made it easier to assemble. It has an adjustable seat as well as straps for your feet. ... show more

  • Junk, Dont Buy It.
The motor broke in the exercise machine after 3 weeks. I requested a return. It was granted but the seller which is the maker of the exercise machine wont pay for return shipping. I priced to ship it back and it will cost $5432.00 because of the size and weight of the machine. Amazon and the seller will not refund me for the machine. I spent all that money and I have no exercise machine. The seller is the maker of the machine and they dont stand buy their machines. ... show more
