Now there was a coupon when I bought mine so I didn't risk much money, but I'm very happy with the pumps. They are fairly low profile and not too obtrusive in a bra (but not invisible). Not silent but not too noisy either. Maybe a bit of a hassle to clean but not to bad. Overall I'm very happy with them. I was loving this pump and got it cause of good reviews. However it’s already been twice that once I take off the Flange and the bottom where the milk is being held comes off and spills my milk, it’s also leaked on my bra twice. Once was the bottom container seemed to have open up a bit after I placed on my breast and the other I’m not sure where the leak came from. This is really sad for me since I’m not producing a lot of milk, I’m getting about 30 ml on each breast so I try to give every drop of it to my baby and spilling half of it or it leaking is pretty frustrating ... show more

One of the pump engines does not suction at all. It makes noise and the flange moves, but there is no air moving in the chamber to pull milk from the breast. The other pump works fairly well, but when I noticed milk leaking from the catch container I knew this wasn't the product for me (see the picture of leaking seal). I triple confirmed that the silicone gasket around the seam was perfectly in place, so don't know how it's leaking other than just being a low quality product. I will be returning this as defective and purchasing a better pump for my precious milk supply. Buyer beware! ... show more
