First, couldn't give 5 stars since the first one I received was missing the extension tube, a must because of the heat generated by the steamer. However, Amazon being Amazon, they replaced the product within 3 three days so I was good to go. I found the power cord to be too short, and easy problem to fix with an extension cord. Once I began using it, I found it to do exactly what is says....steam clean. It worked well cleaning mildew from tight bathroom and kitchen fixtures. I wish the steamer held more water, but remember it's just for small jobs. Be sure to wear gloves, the extension tube gets very hot (as you would expect). For 58 bucks, it is definitely worth it for small jobs, especially in tight places. ... show more

This steamer is portable, easy to use and does a great job detailing around shower doors and sliding glass doors and grout. Be careful though! The brushes, wand, and hose get very hot. Steam doesn't stop as soon as you turn it off. Steam continues until the temp goes down a bit. The directions are not adequate, and the print is too small to read. This works perfectly for what I need it for. There are 2 problems so far. The power cord is pretty short and always falls out of the steamer. The 2nd problem is the power cord gets really warm when using the device and that is whyni gave a 4 star.
