This Pillow is just right for me. I am a side and back sleeper, smaller frame. It is supportive, but not too firm. I don't wake up with neck pain. The loft is just right too. I find many solid memory foam pillows are too high and/or firm. I would say this one is a good balance. Your head doesn't sink all the way down immediately like some softer ones. It cradles your head just right providing consistent support. The cover is nice quality too, although I can't speak to the cooling benefits, if there are any. I have tried a number of the memory foam pillows in this price point and some of them are more like spongy foam rather than actual memory foam. Unlike all the other memory foam pillows I have tried this one did not have an odor at all, and it expanded to its proper size and shape as soon as I took it out of the bag. I love this pillow! Upon opening it it fluffed up to full firmness within 10-15 minutes and it's retained it's shape and firm plush through two nights now. I'm a stomach sleeper so it's often hard to find pillows that properly support my head, but this pillow definitely does! I read the reviews and ordered this pillow. Ended up ordering another one as they are very impressive. Very supportive, does not hurt your neck - I actually wake up and can move my head back and forth without my neck hurting. As for the comfort, It's pretty comfortable. I think I am still trying to figure out if I want to lay on my back or on my side. Overall I would give it 4.5 stars but since that isn't an option I gave it a five star due to how impressed our family is with these pillows. ... show more
