Initially this was a nice product, I liked how spiky the spikes were. But they very soon (within a week) almost all lost their pointy end, the inner spikes first, and now the outer ones (see picture, you can see all the inner spikes are smoother now, and I i am pointing at a spike losing its top). I have another massage brush so I can compare. It's too bad, because it gave me a nicer massage than my first brush. I still use it, it still gives me a nice massage. But come on, why is it so hard to get decent quality?! ... show more

I started having itchy scalp, dermatitis, hair loss, very oily.. and I used this once and my hair after drying felt SO clean and just nicer all around. The bristles are firm and took a moment to get use to but feel nice. I feel like I get my scalp clean with it and encourages circulation. I know wood/bamboo etc will mold over time. So far it’s in great condition.

This product feels wonderful on the scalp as long as you don't apply to much pressure or rub in one spot for to long. Cons-If you keep it in the shower (on a caddy) the wood finish may start to show aging. May be a little slippery to hold at the knob. Pros-easy to keep clean. Provides great circulation (when used correctly). Can comb through thick hair. I would recommend at least giving it a try. ... show more
