This is a nicely designed hairdryer, the controls are simple to use: one for temp and one for speed. The only improvement I would suggest is to have a cold shot button as you need to press the temp button a couple times to cycle to cold. Not a deal-breaker but it would be handy. I love the magnetic attachments, it's very easy to switch from the concentrated tip to the diffuser. I also like that the air vent for the hairdryer is on the end of the handle; most dryers have it at the end of the barrel and my hair sometimes is pulled into that vent, so a good improvement. I ordered this about 3 months ago, looking for a professional style hairdryer for myself. I’m not crazy about it for myself, but man, it dries my golden retriever’s heavy, thick hair coat quickly! Pros: 1) it is lightweight. Feels good in your hand, easy to hold 2) it has a REALLY powerful, yet remarkably quiet motor! 3) the round (barrel) cord is easy to handle & doesn’t tangle easily. 4) the air vent seems easy to clean (that’s a mega bonus for me) Cons: 1) its super powerful motor blows my thin, fine hair to wild to be able to style it. Someone with really thick hair might really like this, and for them it would be a BIG pro! 2) the diffuser diffuses too much (too little air comes out), making it near worthless. But I’m not a big diffuser user. Also, the diffuser attaches with magnets 🧲 which seems like it is a good idea. But the diffuser is too heavy & kept falling off while I was using it. 3) the air intake is on the handle. I did not notice this until I purchased it, but can see it in the pic, looking back. When I used this, my hand kept covering the air intake (being on the bottom of the handle, afterall), which made me concerned I would block airflow & burn out the motor quickly. Overall, this hairdryer does not work well for my personal hair. But when I used it on my golden retriever, he barked at it for a bit, then tolerated it. May have even enjoyed the air (think: head out the window of the car). I stood outside of his playpen (3 feet away from dog)& held it on him for 10-15 minutes, which almost completely dried his hair!! Is a DOG hairdryer worth almost $100? I will let you decide.😉 But I kept it, just to use on my dog!! 🐕 ... show more

I like this blow dryer for my thin hair. It doesn’t give me fly away hair. It’s gentle, and has the three easy heat adjustments. It’s very quiet. My only tiny drawback is that sometimes my thumb hits the upper button and changes the heat setting. So I hold the handle down toward the cord so I don’t touch those buttons. But my favorite thing about this hairdryer is it is light, quiet, and doesn’t give me flyaway thin hair. It was a great buy! I’m Happy with it. ... show more
