I have been looking for a blow dryer that would dry my hair fast and with little to no frizz. I live in a high humidity environment and I get the Keratin treatment done to my hair. I need a blow dryer that would work great and not kill my hair with the high heat from a blow dryer and I did not want to pay a high price for a Dyson. This one is really nice because it is light weight and easy to hold for longer periods of holding while using it and you can control the heat. The cord is thick but not very heavy. I has a pretty quiet motor. and I am very surprised by the magnetic nozzles that come with it. it is compact with a small nozzle so it is great for traveling. I keep reading about the Negative ionic blow dryers and how great it is for your hair. I haven't had it very long but so far my hair feels nice and soft when I use it, and I blow dry my hair every other day. Theo only con I can tell you as of now is that I wish the cord was a little bit longer than what it is. But I can deal with it. Not short enough to give it less stars. ... show more

    • Great for drying golden retriever hair!

I ordered this about 3 months ago, looking for a professional style hairdryer for myself. I’m not crazy about it for myself, but man, it dries my golden retriever’s heavy, thick hair coat quickly! Pros: 1) it is lightweight. Feels good in your hand, easy to hold 2) it has a REALLY powerful, yet remarkably quiet motor! 3) the round (barrel) cord is easy to handle & doesn’t tangle easily. 4) the air vent seems easy to clean (that’s a mega bonus for me) Cons: 1) its super powerful motor blows my thin, fine hair to wild to be able to style it. Someone with really thick hair might really like this, and for them it would be a BIG pro! 2) the diffuser diffuses too much (too little air comes out), making it near worthless. But I’m not a big diffuser user. Also, the diffuser attaches with magnets 🧲 which seems like it is a good idea. But the diffuser is too heavy & kept falling off while I was using it. 3) the air intake is on the handle. I did not notice this until I purchased it, but can see it in the pic, looking back. When I used this, my hand kept covering the air intake (being on the bottom of the handle, afterall), which made me concerned I would block airflow & burn out the motor quickly. Overall, this hairdryer does not work well for my personal hair. But when I used it on my golden retriever, he barked at it for a bit, then tolerated it. May have even enjoyed the air (think: head out the window of the car). I stood outside of his playpen (3 feet away from dog)& held it on him for 10-15 minutes, which almost completely dried his hair!! Is a DOG hairdryer worth almost $100? I will let you decide.😉 But I kept it, just to use on my dog!! 🐕 ... show more
