I mainly bought this to keep in my gym bag so that I always have an attachment to use. It was more for convenience but now that I've used it a few times, I've gotten so much more out of it than I expected. It's basically become the optimal attachment any cable exercise I do at the gym: facepulls, upright rows, tricep extensions, and cable curls. It helps me avoid any annoying shoulder irritation that other attachments usually lead to which has allowed me to add more volume to my workouts. Something about doing cable exercises with a fully closed fist creates an amazing mind-muscle connection that I can't get with any other attachment. Some might not like the way the material sits in the hand, but other than that there's nothing to dislike. I've used a few different tricep rope attachments. This one is by far the most comfortable. You don't have to rely on your grip later on in your workout.
