After connecting the GTRS guitar and App via Bluetooth. These presets can be customized and shaped through the App, saved to the GTRS guitar and even uploaded to the cloud to share with other users.

I love this guitar. It is on par with my high-end electrics in terms of craftsmanship, with the onboard effects. It loses one star because the app is not intuitive, and it is hard to figure out. The added bonus is that the guitar will bridge whatever is playing on the tablet/phone to the amplifier (e.g., if you use iReal Pro, both the guitar and the app will be heard on the amp). Add a wireless system and you magically link your tablet, your guitar, and your amp with no cables to be seen. ... show more

I've played better strats, but I've definitely played worse! I'd say that the playability of the guitar matches the medium price range, but that's before taking into consideration the huge possibilities of the built in effects with the super knob! The app is not super intuitive to work with, but damn was I overwhelmed by the possibilities within it! It already comes with a big library of great sounding tones, but the customisation within the app is like working with a proper pedal board, all within the guitar and app itself. I haven't quite discovered all the possibilities within the app yet having only had it for a few days, but I love the fact you can customise each pickup position within the app, the "60s strat" sounds great! It could definitely use a setup and probably some upgrades on some parts as mentioned in other reviews, but for this price you couldn't ask for more! ... show more

While there have been other guitars with built in FX, this is perhaps the first time a manufacturer has bothered to build a high quality guitar and put the FX unit in. The guitar has an amazing paint job, the neck is very comfortable to play and the pickups sound good. However, once you kick in the GTRS knob, the guitar truly shines. I especially like the guitar emulation option and can change the “feel” of the guitar at the flick of a switch. The acoustic emulation is especially amazing. All in all, great value for money and comes with a high quality gig bag. The wireless foot switch is highly recommended. ... show more

Loved the 2 point bridge. Very responsive. Did not care for the "super switch". Owning the spark amp gives me all the effects needed. Some of the frets edges were a bit too sharp that would require a tech to file down. The set screw that adjusts the low E string heights on the bridge is much too sharp to the point that it scratched the palm of my hand. Mooer response was to use a sand paper to try reducing the sharp edges......I did not want to take the risk of damaging the guitar so I decided to return. Otherwise it is a very nice built and sounding guitar. ... show more

I have a friend that purchased one of these and he loves it. I played it and loved it also,so I purchased one and it only works when plugged into an amp. None of the effects work at all.. should have sent it back but my buddy thought I was doing something wrong so when he come back in town he tried and it’s just a dud. The return window had passed by the time he got to look at it. I went from excited to get it to aggravated. It’s a great looking guitar and sounded decent through an amp but that not why I bought it. ... show more

This guitar needs better tuners, a better bridge, a Reverend 3 string tree and a PLEX treatment at either Sweetwater in Fort Wayne Indiana or Righteous Guitars in Roswell Georgia. I've done the string tree... I'm saving up for the others. The app is confusing, but this concept is very powerful. The guitar as a Stratocaster (without processing) is PHAT and QUACKY like it should be. ... show more
