Ok so when it works it’s great but sometimes it just won’t come on . I’m wondering if it’s the knob connection to open the gas ? I’m not any expert on these but I love the way it works when it works so I’m hoping the manufacturer will reach out and maybe help me with a solution or maybe a trick that I don’t know about . It’s summer I don’t use it much but I have an airbnb so I have had to come over and turn it on over and over and over to make it work . There not cheap I paid good money for this one because it’s the look I want . I will update my review if the manufacturer reaches me and helps me with this issue. Again it works it wants to work I’m not low on gas its put together right it just decides when it wants to work and when it’s doesn’t want to work ugh ! ... show more

Easy to set up, lights consistently, although on a couple occasions I used a stick lighter to get it going. My only complaint is after I left it out for the winter I see orange rust like buildup. I recommend getting a cover for it. All in all I’m happy with it

Once put together a very solid unit. Instructions not great. Had to disassemble and put back together because door for tank was on wrong side. Other than that I'm good with it.

Ignitor didn't work out of the box. The box had a company email with Instuctions to "email them first". I did but no response. I bought a new igniter from Amazon and replaced it. About 12 bucks

We just got this fire pit assembled and just absolutely love it. Took about 30minutes from start to finish to get it all built. Great packaging. Nothing broken which is amazing considering there are several glass pieces. Started right up the first time lighting it. Highly recommend.
