I'm a 60 yo woman; this mower is well-made, light-weight, easy to use and fairly easy to assemble. The two batteries now work about 30-35 minutes when charged, long enough for me to mow my small-medium sized yard. For the first two usages, the charges held only about 25 minutes but I've noticed that the charge holds longer when regularly used. Very very easy to use, easy to push.     • Easy to use this lawn mower

This is my first time using a manual lawn mower. Once put together and batteries charged, very simple and not too heavy to push. Low noise, durable and good performance. The first time I used it, the 2 batteries lasted about an hour, will update again on battery time when used again.

I have a decent size yard. Not to big but not to small and this lawn mower is great. It gets the job done. The only issue I have is the the batteries do not last long and they are expensive to replace. The mower comes with a set of two but if I were you I would buy an extra two so when it dies you can replace it and not wait for a charge to finish. I love this mower, it’s got good power for the price. Sturdy and very low maintenance. The batteries don’t take long to charge and it’s very convenient to start it with the push of a button.     • ZERO STARS HORRIBLE PRODUCT BROKE AFTER A MONTH

WORST PRODUCT EVER. HORRIBLE. Greenworks is terrible. Very disappointed. I will never buy a battery lawnmower again and if you want to save yourself a lot of time, money, and hassle, don’t buy this product! I have only had this lawnmower for two months and it stopped working a month in the batteries don’t hold a charge I can’t cut my grass for longer than 15-30 minutes before the battery dies. I can’t even cut a third of my grass before this thing dies and it used to cut my entire yard in 30 minutes and now it takes about three hours. The grass catcher doesn’t even work the grass doesn’t filter through the grass catcher it just dumps back out onto the grass. And yes I have everything set up the way I’m supposed to I read all of the directions everything is accurate correct perfect the way it is supposed to be. I even spent $100 and bought new more powerful batteries and those are worse. And yes, I bought batteries that are compatible with my lawnmower and off of the green works website and I checked the compatibility. They over heat SO badly. This is such a terrible product and I wish I could get my now almost $400 back for all of the green Works items I have bought. I will be sure to use every social platform within my capabilities to let everyone know how terrible this product is. I feel robbed. HORRIBLE!!! ... show more

This is an awesome set for the money. All three pieces of equipment work fantastic. The mower mows the grass with ease, even higher grass. The mower is light and easy to use. I'm a woman and hate using heavy hard to move gas mowers. This one is really easy to use. We have a pretty large back yard and it cuts the entire back yard and part of the front with just one charge. The mower does use the 2 batteries at the same time, so I am thinking of getting a third battery so I can do the weed wacking right after mowing. The weed wacker and blower are also light and easy to use. I can weed the front and back in one charge. This is a great set for anyone that doesn't have a huge yard and it looking for easy to use, light tools. Highly recommend! ... show more

The mower works very well. Lightweight and easy to push. It was easy to put together and the batteries are easy to place and remove. However, if you have a lawn bigger than a parking space, it is better to get more batteries for backup. I have had to charge them three times to get the lawn mowed. The first two times we used it, it mowed the whole lawn without issues. But now I have to charge it twice during mowing. It is highly irritating and makes mowing twice as hard and three times longer than needed. I thought it was maybe a problem with the batteries, so I called the customer service hotline for help. Don't bother. I was on hold for an hour and no one picked up. Their AI chatbot is worthless as well. I would not buy this brand again simply because of the hassle. ... show more

If you are looking for an economical choice in electric lawnmowers, this will work. No messing with gas or oil. I got the 17" to make it easier to maneuver. Runs on 2 batteries so I feel it has a bit more power going for it. Only problem I have is that one of the hinges on the battery door was missing and I can't lock one side of the handles. I tried calling the manufacturer but no one ever answered the phone. ... show more
