I watched a video on this hose. It came in a box with zip ties to hold the hose together. The zip ties were not too tight so there were no crink marks on the hose. It comes with a sprayer to place on the end of the hose so that it can be plugged so no water comes out. That process is supposed to take care of the hose tangling fup. I did that but maybe I didn’t do it long enough. It was like wrestling with an alligator. What I ended up doing was to bend the parts of the hose that were all tangled up. The hose made a cracking noise when I did that. I kept bending the hose in those areas that kept tangling up. Took about 2 hours.. if I had to do it over I would run the water through a plugged hose for about 30 to 45 minutes. I only did it for about 10 minutes. After that I could put it on a hose reel without unraveling the whole hose and water would come out of the hose without any problems. ... show more

Super sturdy, doesn’t kink up easily. Worked great for our needs. The nozzle that it came with didn’t work, but that really didn’t matter since we didn’t need that anyway.

Ordered this hose after going through two others in one year and having them deteriorate in the hot sun here in Arizona. This one seems like it will stand up to the hot temperatures and it's easy to recoil when not in use. I was not a fan of the nozzle, so used my previous adapter . Still would recommend. ... show more
