Seems to be a great hose. Like I said in my headline, it doesn't kink. The other hose I bought on Amazon, a white one is all kinked up and the kinks won't come out. Piece of crap

    • Doesn't fit my nozzle or sprinklers
Who knew that there were differing sizes of hoses? Evidently my old hose was a 1/2" and this is a 5/8" so nothing fits on it. Oh you can force them on but they leak significantly at the connection. So I've spent a stupid amount of time trying to find 5/8" nozzles on Amazon and after 20+ links, none of them indicate their size. Something trivial like buying a new garden hose has turned in to a Hoover Dam type job. Go to Home Depot or Lowes and check what you're buying. Bring a nozzle you want to work or buy one there and see that they're compatible. This is a colossal waste of time. ... show more

Ordered the 50'x5/8". Came in a nice box and packaged well. Nice yellow color and very durable. Yet, a bit heavier due to its durable construction. Looks like it should last a while if properly cared for. BUT, The back of the box states, "Anti-Kink", Extra flexible hose, no twist or tangle. No, No, No and NO! It is not flexible at all. As I attempted to use the hose for the first time, a kink formed no more the 15 feet from the nozzle. When I tried to correct the kink, the hose began to twist and due to the additional weight of the hose, correcting the kink was difficult. Attempting to coil only created more twists/ loops thus creating a tangle. I was required to take the time and effort coiling this heavy hose line (due to its durable construction) as if I was untangling a telephone receiver line (If you know what a mean). As of this writing I have my hose line stretched in my yard so the sun can warm up the line and hopefully relax the rubber a bit. Otherwise, I know what I am in for when I use the line. I could always fall back on my old green rubber line which is still very much in good working order. (I know, why did I buy a new hose if my green works! I wanted a new hose!) I would not recommend to individuals with weak hand and arm strength. ... show more
