Like so many, I thought my Cuisinart toaster oven/air fryer could do it all. Nope. Air frying was a MESS, baked on splatters inside the oven and on the pan and basket that will never come off, and the food cooked unevenly / burnt because the temperature setting was always wrong due to the oven construction. It's bigger than I expected (I didn't note the measurements, just wanted the features) but the basket is the perfect size so I make it work in a small kitchen. I have cooked shrimp, steak, fries, cheese sticks — restaurant-quality every time! Perfect, DELICIOUS! I use it nearly every day. The non-stick interior on the basket and drip pan make for effortless cleaning. Remember to run the fan immediately after each use, allow it to cool down. I can't give it a 5 star even tho I love using it because the handle is not strong enough so it ended up falling apart. Unfortunately the company offers no help for that other than suggesting I purchase a new basket, which at that point I may as well buy a new air fryer that being said I love it I still use it with no handle, have to be careful as it can get hot but works great ... show more

First, this is the MOST GORGEOUS PURPLE air fryer I've ever seen and I LOVE the appearance! HOWEVER, there is a critical design flaw that can be very dangerous. The first time I used it, it dumped the entire HOT contents all over the floor. The handle is actually attached to the inner drainer basket and is held on to the outer basket with a small latch which unfastens with no warning, particularly with the weight of food in the basket! It repeatedly comes apart no matter how well the little latch is attached. It does stay attached a little better with no food in the basket, but that is certainly NOT practical! So, I quickly learned to have a couple of potholders to put under the basket when I pull it out to check or turn the contents during cooking. Use BOTH hands to remove the basket, one on the handle and the other hand UNDER the basket with pot holders. Doing it this way works and it is how I will be able to keep and use this most gorgeous air fryer!! ... show more
