This is my feedback on my first use. I was a bit skeptical, but having used a broom vacuum I wanted this to work... and it did perfect. Run time exceeded the claim (well over 100min), but even with the expect drop of capacity over time the manufacturer did not overstate this feature. The design is simple and very clever. Simple is good as less part can fail. It uses the suction to power exhaust for its propulsion. and it simply switches direction after a few seconds. Control? on/off switch. The filter is a just a rinse, so no filter to buy and its leaf capacity is actually pretty decent. So far so good.... if the battery last, this unit should be good for many years. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I'm impressed. Been using it since it got delivered 10 days ago. Kind of long review, but if trying to choose one, this one works really well. I have a 14K gallon salt water pool. 7.5 feet & a shallow foot deep spa ledge. The slope is gentle and "Genie" seemed to clean in all directions well. Though fully screened, pine needles & tiny bits filter thru everytime it rains. Its FL, it rains everyday. I let it run undisturbed for about 1.5 hours. Checked it sporadically and it goes up the slope well, kind of misses some particles and slows down fighting the waterfall & jets.... but what I really like is that, like a roomba, it cleans the pool bottom & corners. I took a few videos & wish I could upload more than one video, because seeing how it moves, is pretty awesome. I didnt use any tablets because salt water pool doesnt need chlorine tablets, but there is a slot to drop in if you have a chlorinated pool. It comes with a retrieval hook that can attach to most pool skimmer poles. 3 things. (1) Let it completely charge for 24 hours before first using. (2) turn off any jets or water features...helps it change directions better, and (3) have a bucket handy when you pull it out of pool. It will spew water and you will need to empty the pool dirt it sucked it. Bottom line. I like it. Easy to use. It really cleans and saves you some pro cleaner $$. I may upgrade to a bigger model only because of the size & depth of my pool. I gave it 4 stars only because it didnt get all the little bits and pulling out the filter afterwards could be a little easier. Well worth the price though. Definitely recommend. ... show more

Well, there was no indication when I purchased this item that it was a return from someone else. The retrieval hook was missing and things were just shoved back in the box. So far product works ok, but have to figure out a hook to get it out of the pool. Oh, and I did try calling customer service and Kept getting redirected toward returning the product and not just talking to somebody and just mail me what I paid for! ... show more

Oh my goodness! The best thing I have bought for my pool since I bought my pool! So very easy to operate. Charged in no time at all, pushed 1 button and poof it was on its way puttering along sucking up the tiniest debris in the pool and then a pile of pine needles that I was a little hesitant about. I even had people over forgot it was even in the pool when it was done grabbed the hook, sparkle sparkle all done. Easy clean out and charged again for next use! Love this machine! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This product works very well. We bought it last September HOWEVER, the female part of the vacuum where one attaches he charger is no longer working, rendering this useless. I can’t seem to find the contact of the company to get a replacement.

    • customer service is the best I have ever dealt with!!
Even though I had a couple problems, they were and are the best to deal with and I will always be willing to consider them when they are involved with something I may need. Not sure why there is no question and answer thing with this but I could not find it through Amazon. Gosvor seen it and answered my question right away!!! I have miss placed the manual and now I can not find the answer online. All they want to do is sell me another one. My problem is when using it for probably 5 to 7 times, when I out it in the pool the light is white. Today when I put it in the lights that are normally blue are all red once it gets in the water. Why? Update: They did get back with me and after a few messages back and forth we came to the conclusion that there could be a problem. Seems the even though it was charged the red light would come on when in the water and they were kind enough to let me return it and gave me full refund. Very good customer service and I will most likely buy from them again ... show more
