The only issue i ever have with items like this and this one is it's only flaw is the fact that if it's not perfectly level it leaks. I added a plate under it to catch cause it was a very slow leak but then apparently the plate leveled it. I never understand why these things happen but otherwise works well and looks nice. It's very dry here during the summer. So far she loves it and drinks the moving water on occasion. It's for my beardie in a 120 gallon enclosure!

Don't buy it. I bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She loved it! About a week ago, it slowly started leaking. The leaking increased rapidly, and now she can't use it. Others have had the same thing happen. It seems like planned obsolescence, but I'm certainly not buying another one.

The media could not be loaded. Awesome thing I always wanted to have and finally got. Wish it had not only 1 led but 2-3. Add water a cup twice a week or depending on evaporation. Basically cannot hear the pump, if it makes noise, move it around so it does not touch the wall and have enough water so it is fully submerged. It does not make too much water noise, just here and there, which is good for me, as it might have been too much as others sound like a bigger stream and this one is just like a little water spring, very soothing. ... show more

It was a little small for my likening. Due to the size the water fall noises was low. I had to return and get a little larger one and the water noise was much better. Just being honest. Thank You!

The product itself is a little smaller than I thought, for the rate it was I expected it to be a little larger and heavier. The fountain self was light weight and not too durable if it were to drop. It was very difficult to hook up the tube to water pump and then insert it inside of the back of the fountain. Took me about 10 minutes to strategically get it in the small back hole but eventually I was able to. Other than that, it was quick to install and I do like the LED light. I also with there was another but it does suit. On a last note, it’s got a slight hum when turned on so if you want a fountain that is dead quite, this is not for you. You hear that and the water trickling. It’s pleasing to look at and I do like it. 👍🏼 ... show more
