  • Very reasonable for the quality
Size: 20-60*80 Dual
I was skeptical about buying it as it looked like a Vortex knock off unit. Bought with it in mind I could return if didn’t like it and get something else. Didn’t know comes with a lifetime warranty and well, it performed awesome. Very clear optics, light in weight and for just over $200, very worth it. I’m an avid deer and elk hunter in the Northwest and sitting on a ridge glassing miles and miles of ridges, canyons and hillsides is all I do. This will be perfect ... show more

  • Great spotting scope
Size: 20-60*80 Dual
Bought this for my daughter’s archery shoots. She is shooting 40 meters and is near-sighted so using this helps her with placing her shots. Easy to use, clear view and excellent zoom. She loves it! Great value for the money!

  • Price over quality is well worth
Size: 20-60*80
The scope is of moderate quality, not heavy and is possible to get crisp focusing. The digi adapter works fine with iPhone Xs Max. at 20X, the scope is really sharp and bright, I like to use that to locate and zoom with phone for photo. At 60x will be a slight challenge to focus, a good steady tripod may help especially with phone focus hunting. The provided tripod is of good build but lacks quality control, improve by removing the screws for pan and tilt axis and clean off the applied grease. Sand smooth the coupling surfaces with high grits and oil. Now the tripod is able to pan and tilt smoothly and a joy to use. Overall, it's a good bundle with the accessories and scope and I'm very pleased. ... show more

  • Happy I bought it
Size: 20-60*80
The media could not be loaded. Review of Gosky 2019 updated newest spotting scope that came with canon dslr and iPhone adapter. I bought the scope to shoot a few eagle nest and screech owl that I know location of. I saw a guy with this scope and he was able to reach all the way into the tree while where the screech owl was located with his iPhone than I could with $3000 camera and 100-400 mm sigma lens. The review below is for those interested in shooting the moon. I haven’t tested it out for birds but expect the same issues. The photos and videos I posted of the moon were all shot on my iPhone 12 Pro Max. See pics and videos I attached. It was extremely windy yesterday and I used a light tripod so I think the pics and video could have been sharper. This morning I realized that I had a old fotodiox adapter I used to attach my canon lenses so that I could use it with my Sony A7ii camera. I had no issues attaching the fotodiox adapter to my Sony A7iii and the included canon dslr attachment to the scope so now I can use all 3 of my cameras. I have not taken any shots of the moon with dslr or Sony camera. It was a nightmare due to the weight of the camera body and trying to find the moon while scope was in vertical position. The moon was way up in the sky. It was so easier with the iPhone since the iPhone was lighter so my tripod didn’t shake much and it it automatically focused the moon most of the time and was better quality. I shot the pics in raw in my camera and video in 60 frames a second. I did not edit or crop any of the pics or video. These are straight out of my iPhone. Yup it got that close to the moon. I had to zoom in on phone not to get the vignette. Cons: you need to be patient shooting moon. It takes time trying to find the moon on a tiny whole of the scope. Weight balance of dslr or Sony camera will cause a shaky video if you don’t have a sturdy tripod and ball head. . So use a sturdy tripod with a pan handle since earth rotates so you will need to slowly move the tripod ball head to line up the moon. To much movement and your back to being frustrated cause you need to find the moon again. Pros: worth the price Feel like a kid when you see how far it can reach Want to keep exploring more Want to travel with it everywhere I go just in case you want to know what is that way out there Clear picture during the day Maybe easier shooting still subjects like eagle nest. I plan on lining up the full moon with Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty with this scope to compare the ones I already shot with my Sony A7iii If you have any questions contact me on Instagram Musicman33us ... show more

  • GREAT QUALITY - liked this better than a scope at 2X the price! Phone adapter is terrible though.
Size: 20-60*80 Dual
The unit focuses easily for razor-sharp images. Great for bird watching. The tripod is a table top tripod but is decent quality for a simple free tripod. The phone adapter is terrible. The hold is too small and make alignement a painful process.

  • You get what you pay for
Size: 20-60*80
The spotting scope it is ok for $145.00. Actually the image quality it is very similar to a $399.00 Diamondback Vortex 20-60X60. So, what is good. The price. The weight. Super light (means poor glass) It seems water proof according with manufacture. The Kit comes with Canon mount adapter What is bad: The kit comes with tinny tripod that it is just a waste. You need a heavy duty tripod to use this at max zoom. It performed very poorly in windy days as the foot/collar of the scope is made out of plastic. And to make things worse the poor design combined with weak and thin foot/collar it doesn't support properly transmuting the vibration to the image. I added a piece of cork under the scope between the foot to support and reduce the vibration. It helped a little. The image quality it is very soft (blurry) around the edges, specially at max zoom. The chromatic aberration it is intense specially looking at white birds, tree tops, or anything that is against a bright sky. The spotting scope feels very plastic on the hand. The Canon mount adapter it is made of metal and works. But it is very dangerous as it just hold the camera in place. It doesn't lock in place like a camera to lens would do. If you get distracted you may see a expensive camera body on the ground because of that. The bottom line is, the scope it is just OK for a cheap Chinese $145.00 scope. As I know, the really good spotting scopes goes for thousands of Dollars. For what I am intending to do (occasional bird watching) it will be OK. ... show more
