I really love this treadmill! It is a perfect size and it not too big or bulky, so it fits in our house nicely. It has a good size belt and is very comfortable to walk on. It was quick and easy to set up. It even has wheels for moving it to a different room if we want. The armrest lets me hold on for security and it has the emergency stop. The belt moves smoothly and the machine is quiet. I like being able to use the blue tooth to get my music and my husband loves to watch his shows while exercising. The speed settings are great, and I can start out slow and work my way up then slow back down. It feels sturdy and made well. The touchscreen is easy to use and I really like having the display below so I can see how long I have walked, how far, and even how many calories burned. It's just a really fun machine to use and makes exercise easy. I love that it is simple but very effective and versatile in that we can do a slow walk all the way up to a run.     • Good for price point, don't expect miracles

I got this treadmill for the sole purpose of walking at my desk, so bar down always and turned on/off by remote control only.. Used 5 days a week, about 4 hours per day, during my working hours. Worked solid for about 4 months and then motor started crapping out. It fails to catch the belt when I'm trying to walk on it, causing the belt to jerk randomly like crazy for the first half hour or so until it seemingly warms up enough to keep the belt moving consistently with my weight. I've troubleshooted belt lubrication and tension and this isn't either of those things (though I did have to add the included lubrication frequently). I think I just wore the treadmill motor out from use. The recommendation is no more than 3 hours daily, so I recognize it's a possibility. I only ever used it at low speeds under my desk so I could still work comfortably while moving, and it slid out of the way easily for me to sit down when not in use. If a belt or bearing isn't squeaking, it's extremely quiet. Also, if you plan to use it with the bar down, you STILL have to have the safety magnet attached or else it will not run. It was slightly annoying but is the solution to the weird error a lot of reviews are complaining about. If you don't care about your "stats" like speed & distance, and just care about getting steps in, this is a great option. It's not a super durable treadmill, but it was worth the investment for me to realize I wanted to make an under-desk treadmill a bigger role in my work day. I have since invested in a more durable treadmill from a company based in the US. I did not attempt to contact this treadmill's customer service thankfully, based on the other reviews given here. I don't regret buying this, but please make sure to go in with open eyes knowing that quality treadmills don't really come at this price point and you will experience minor issues at minimum. I'm still satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it to folks who have reasonable expectations. ... show more

This treadmill is the best on the market. I have 2 friends that bought it and couldn't stop raving about it. I decided to purchase one as well. I am so happy with my purchase. The treadmill works great. It is easy to put away and take out. It is compact and easy to assemble. It is easy to use. I love the color! I had this treadmill for a year and it completely stopped working, I only used it a number of times that I could probably count, I was going thru moving and other changes so I hadn’t used it for a little while then when I plugged it in, it completely stopped working on me, made a loud noise and just would not run. Not to mention it is NOT due to wear and tear, I barely even got to use this treadmill within the time of having it, of course I wasn’t expecting it to stop working after a year. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. I understand that warranties expire, but with an item like this at no fault to the consumer, it just completely stops working on its own is when SOMETHING at least something should be accommodated at the minimum, but instead nothing. Don’t waste your money or energy on this stupid piece of plastic junk. I wish I would’ve saved my money and invested in a REAL treadmill. Oh yeah, and when it DID work whenever that was, the belt was super sensitive and would rock forward when walking, not smooth. I could work around that if I could even get the thing to work, but it stopped working on its own. If you are looking for something that will last and be durable, this is NOT the treadmill for you. I don’t think anyone should waste their $ on this dumb thing. Now it’s just a big piece of junk in the corner of my house taking up space heading out to the trash soon! ... show more
