This gummy has a slightly weird taste and smell at first if you’re not used to it but eventually you’ll get used to it. This gummy contains some vitamins that’s healthy for you. It takes a while for the gummy to melt, and is very worth it.

The price is pretty good for a months worth of your "superfruit" or "superveggie" supplement. However, I have never really like Goli's gummies. I think the texture is always off and the flavor is hit or miss - and this missed.

I just purchased THREE Goli products, wanting to change to a healthier supplement regime. First, let me say the Supergreens gummies are disgusting, like you're eating pieces of your lawn. They almost made me vomit. When I printed my return shipping label to send them back, I discovered Goli will charge you a hidden fee for sending stuff back. Just be aware of this before you buy. So, per my doctor, I am on a bare bones low calorie diet. If you are also watching calories, as an example, here are the stats on the GOLI products I take each day: GOLI Supergreens: 12.5 calories each, taking 6 per day for max effect, that's 75 calories. GOLI Apple Cider: 7.5 calories each, taking 6 per day for max effect, that's 45 calories. GOLI Superfruits: 12.5 calories each, taking 6 per day for max effect, that's 75 calories. That totals almost 200 calories just for gummies. That leaves me 900 calories for actual food for the rest of my day. Obviously, at least for me, gummies are NOT the way to go. But here's the kicker: For maximum results you should take 2 gummies 3 times a day. That's 6 gummies per day. There are 60 in the bottle. This means your gummies will be gone after only TEN days. So for me, GOLI is just too darn expensive, especially with inflation and our high food and gasoline prices. Please do your research and see if GOLI products will work for you and your budget. I'm going back to capsules and caplets. Not as much fun, but less calories and cost. ... show more
