The media could not be loaded. Had minor blemishes when I first receieved it, but no biggy. Not everything is perfect. I soo love the color and it's a perfect size. Even like how it has 3 ways to unlock it, fingerprint, key, and touchpad. I love it and recommend it. I do want to say, the key does get stuck when trying to unlock it. I read the instructions front to back and my safe will not work. I put 2 different sets of brand new batteries in the safe and no lights come on. It’s supposed to beep when you press the reset button and it was irresponsive. the emergency key does work but that defeats the purpose of spending almost $100 for a fingerprint and pad lock feature. I love the three different security options. You can use a key, your fingerprint or a PIN number. I also like that the key whole is not visible. It is hidden by the magnetic brand label. Very easy to use, durable, and color selection is great! It also comes with mounting hardware.

I bought two of these. One for my daughter to put these little gold bars that her grandpa sends her every year on her birthday and one for me to store important documents and hopefully expensive jewelry someday, lol. I'm going to actually install them onto our bedroom closet walls so they can't just be carried out of the house by a burglar, I like that that's an option.
