  • works well.
Size: 20-Pack
I cut the sheets of fly paper up in a size I could use to put in some pot plants to catch bugs that were eating my plant leaves. It is very sticky.

  • Does the job!
Size: 20-Pack
My yard and garden plants had a horrible white fly infestation this year. I had my yard treated four times by a pest control company and they couldn't get rid of the white flies. I purchased these sticky papers and put them in various areas where the white flies were most concentrated. They definitely work! They're somewhat difficult to use, because they are so sticky and they fight back when trying to hang them! They also are indiscriminate and I caught some pollinators that I would have rather had working on my blossoms instead of dying on a yellow sticky trap. They are bright, yellow and unattractive, but I was able to find places behind plants where they were mostly out of sight from visitors to my home. They start attracting bugs right away. And seem to be very effective for long-term use. ... show more

  • It works!
Size: 20-Pack
I had thousands of gnats from using a commercial potting soil for my indoor plants. I cut these up and put a thin strip on a toothpick and inserted into the soil of each plant. The yellow sticky plastic is covered in gnats and there is no more infestation. Not one to be found. I highly recommend this. I would have bought the strips but I couldn't find them so I bought the sheets and cut them myself. A bonus is that it's more cost effective. ... show more

  • A great, safe solution to fungus gnats.
Size: 20-Pack
I have an infestation of fungus gnats in my indoor lemon tree pot. My entomologist daughter told me I didn't need to worry about my plants, but they are bothersome to me and spreading, so I looked for some non-chemical remedy, and found these. They only catch the adults and not all of them, but every adult caught is hundreds of babies not made. The sheets are easy to use, do not smell and are safe to touch, just sticky. The little bugs seem to fly right in. I just change them periodically. I am also using mosquito dunks in the water I use to water which uses bacteria to kill them in the soil. Apparently, it takes some time to actually get rid of them, but they are not harmful, just bothersome, and this is pretty easy and inexpensive. So far I am happy. I have a lot less tiny bugs at my dinner table, and that makes me happy. ... show more

We have our grandsons german shepard dog till he gets out of the army. We go to Florida for the winters, and we took the dog with us. Anyway the dog got fleas bad and we treated him for the fleas. I bought these Sticky Traps to catch flies and they worked great. But in my computer room there it got infested with fleas. I bought spray and I vacumed a lot. I started putting these Sticky Traps near the floor and I could not believe just over one night how covered the Sticky Trap was covered with fleas. This worked perfect. • Review is for drain flies/fruit flies only.
Size: 20-Pack
I recently had a 3-month infestation of tiny flies of the fruit and/or drain variety. These mico-monsters are the devil's messengers. They seem deceptively helpless and easy to kill, but they breed like viruses and once they establish themselves, it's like WW2 street fighting to get rid of them. I used beer and cider traps, boiling water down the drains, rolls of cheap flypaper, a vaccum cleaner with a hose attachment, organic (I have pets) poisons that stank horribly, and a small plug-in-the-wall bug zapper. I also killed many by my own hand. None of it made much difference. In desperation, I bought two orders of this product, which is designed more for garden or at least soil usage than the way I actually chose to employ it. The packages contain 20 sheets of double-sided sticky paper, which can be used one side at a time if you so desire. They also come with two plastic stands for mounting and a sheet of twist-ties for hanging. I didn't need these latter items. My plan was to bait the paper with bits of food and so forth and let the evil beasts come to a sticky, painful doom. Because they are double sided, I was able to use each sheet twice, with one side covered by its plastic sheath, awaiting battle, while the other was employed in the red business of slaughter. This method killed many, many flies and I would dub it a success, but that success came with some qualifiers. The sheets do not naturally attract flies of the type I was waging war against because they are only brightly (yellow) colored, not scented or treated with attractant chemicals. They must be baited with food or syrup or what have you to draw the enemy, which means laying them flat rather than hanging them.. It's unsightly and ugly to have decaying cat food sit on a sheet of garish yellow paper covered in dead bugs, and you need a place where you can put the things where neither human nor animal will step on them. What's more, they do nothing against the ability of fruit flies/drain flies to breed. They kill many if properly set up and baited -- I've counted as many as thirty corpses in a night on one sheet -- but as fruit flies can lay 500 eggs in 24 hours, the kill-figures are not as impressive as they seem. What's more, the level of stickiness, while sufficient for small flying abominations like FFs and DFs, might not work against larger, more powerful insects, especially if you leave the sheet out for more than a day or two or use it in hot sunshine. The glue dries up and loses some of its potency, necessitating a replacement sheet or the employment of the second side. So, in the end, I gave this product three stars FOR THE TYPE OF FLIES I WAS BATTLING, which are fruit flies and/or drain flies. Were I to employ them as they were actually designed to be used I have little doubt they would get four stars. I wish you the best of luck in your own personal struggle against Satan's winged hordes. ... show more

  • Bye Bye Bugs! No Pesticides!
Size: 50 Pack
Finally! A pesticide-free solution that saved our vegetable garden!!! Frustrated with a beautiful vegetable garden slowly being destroyed by insects, we purchased these flying bug traps and we're so glad we did! I placed the sheets in the holders and pushed the holders into the soil around the vegetable plants in our raised beds. By the next morning the sheets had trapped dozens of bugs and by the end of the week they were covered! WOW! No more lacy, bug-eaten leaves! The sheets allowed my vegetable to grow and thrive instead of looking like leafy-green lace. As a bonus, these bug sheets kept a lot of mosquitos off of us when we spent time outdoors. After seeing how well they worked in the garden, I placed them in flower pots all around the patio. Voila! Highly recommended and pesticide free! Hooray for this genius solution! A+++ ... show more
