I wanted a simple, decent set of dinnerware. That’s exactly what I got. Everything feels pretty sturdy. I do expect a certain amount of scratching/staining on the matte surface due to the price point, but so far after breaking them in and throwing them in the dishwasher they look as good as new.

The truth is that they are very cute and original. If I were you, I would buy a light color because one of the edges of the plates broke very little by rubbing with another and being black is very much seen as it is white although the breakage is minimal.

This was the second time I have ordered this set. The first time every thing was great, all pieces included loved the color etc. I ordered the white ones. This second time I ordered I only received 3 bowls, 2 large plates, 2 cups and all 4 small plates. I asked for a refund since the item was out of stock. Be ware that your shipment could have missing pieces and then when you want to return and get a full new it will be out of stock. ... show more
